Got home with some nuggets for my toddler and they were holy crap disgusting. Burnt and tiny and generally not edible. Who would actually put this dog pile in someone’s order to take home. I have better things to spend $5 on.

I had a terrible experience at the drive-through at Taco Bell. I ordered two different box combos, but everything was thrown into one bag with no separation. When I asked the employee at the window what items belonged to which combo and why they weren’t separated, he responded very rudely and said, “Have you ever ate at Taco Bell?” instead of simply explaining the order.
When I got home and looked in the bag, every burrito looked the same, so it was impossible to tell what belonged to which combo. I ended up going back to return the food. I had already eaten the fries and started one of the drinks, and I even told them they could charge me for those items. They refunded most of it, but not the small upcharge for the drinks.
I pointed that out, the same employee again responded rudely, shoved the receipt at me, and said, “Everything was returned. Have a good night.”
The attitude and customer service were unacceptable. I wasn’t rude—I was simply trying to understand my order and do the right thing when returning it. Customers shouldn’t be treated like that for asking a simple question. Very disappointing experience.

Already off to a bad start when the robot answering couldn’t order properly. I asked to speak to a real person. the workers were rude and had attitudes at the window because I asked nicely why I am getting charged 80 cents for sour cream on the side instead of on my nachos. This is what I got and I was already having a bad day. this really put the nail in the coffin. thanks Taco Bell. you guys suck

I ordered a meal for me and my wife and my wife got a Mexican pizza as she was eating it. She found three hairs. They miss one of our tacos and when we call them and confront them about it, they were very rude and dismissive. Offering minimal solutions I asked for a refund. They said they can’t do that. That’s not a part store policy went to the store and showed them the order. They said they couldn’t find the order almost no solutions to benefit us. All they could do is offer us a gift card. I would not choose this location.

Remember when they discontinued the Mexican pizza? Lol. Not funny at all and people let taco bell know it. That’s why its ALWAYS available now. Brilliant move TB. way to see the numbers for yourselves. We all seen the numbers as we traded YouTube videos on how to replicate the Mexican taco. Lol so thanks for bringing them around again. I like them. They are like adult food. Like the taco salad. Is it back yet? It ought to be. I LOVED those

Tried the new Chicken Nuggets that started nation wide today. I went at 11:00 which means they should have just started cooking lunch. If my son didn’t have a doctors appointment, I would have went back and asked for a refund, or a new batch. My picture is attached and it will verify what they gave me. I work to hard for my money to just give it away!

I can’t prove it, but I would say the kid at the window intentionally short change my order. I found a short fall, turned around and had to wait back in line again. When I finally received my order, it was not to the Taco Bell standard, let’s just say that.Take for example the cinnamon twists. The bag was half full and they had almost 0 cinnamon on them. I do not recommend this Taco Bell

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order at the west rd taco beep thinking I placed it at the Gibraltar rd one drove to the west rd one and still had to wait 35 mins or more ! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Not going to the west rd one again!!

This is absolutely the worst taco bell I have ever been to I’ve tried them several times because there close to where I live had to bring orders back because lack of quality this time I went through the drive through and told them of the bad quality and experience I’ve had spent another 30 plus bucks thinking that because I let them know of my past experiences and they still serve me low quality food this is certainly it I won’t be back I’ve given you guy’s several chances and you still serve garbage THIS LOCATION SUCKS!!!!!! .If I could give you less than a 1 I would.
