I ordered a bowl with extra lettuce and this is what I received. Beyond disappointed in what I got. Employees handled the issue well and gave me extra extra no questions asked upon returning to the store, my bowl was a mobile order.

Bowl was loaded. Chipotlane ordering is always smooth and always on time…plus the food comes out hot. Staff is super nice and the flavors are delicious. Best experience I’ve had so far at any chipotle hands down.

Just sad what’s happened to Chipotle. Food quality has tanked. The staff is ALWAYS in a hurry to move you along the assembly line. They’ve gotten EXTREMELY stingy with their portions. You have to ask them two and three times for more just to get the same amount you used to when they first came into the market.
So sad that focus on profits ruin every corporation eventually.

How this place stays in business is amazing. I can’t believe Corp allows this sadly ran business to continue. First off they are alway out of stuff. The staff is hands down the laziest people I have seen ever. Nothing looks clean. We waited over 5 mins at the counter before we saw anyone working there. Once they made the food the person just left and said the cashier would ring us up. There was no cashier. We stood there for another 4 mins and then one employee started arguing with another one about who should have to ring us out. Hands down one of the worst customer service and probably the worst ran food establishment I have ever seen.

I normally go to the chipotle on Mill plain in Vancouver. I was in town and so I chose battleground location. The portion sizes were great, but the spice of the chicken was quite intense. I needed to use some lemon juice to tone it down, and my lips still had a little sting to them. The rice is also a little undercooked, almost dry tasting. I did notice there are a lot of younger employees at this location, though they are polite. I think a more experienced chef could help landed these employees a hand.

Been to Chipotle hundreds of times. Battle Ground location seems to always be out of something (rice, chicken, steak etc) and it’s never been a concern of the employees. Employees seem annoyed they are working with people in public. Place is regularly dirt. This isn’t specific to BG but like the rest of Chipotles they usually have more staff working the online/mobile orders than the customers standing waiting to order food. If Battle Ground is the only Chipotle you can go to, I guess give it a whirl. Pretty sure you will share my experiences….or dive 10mins to one of the other local locations.

This was THE DIRTIEST Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Smears of rice and sauce all over the counters, dirty empty containers stacked high on counters, dirty bowls and utensils strewn across the work tables, no one in sight to greet incoming customers for way too long. Many options of meat and toppings were out. The food tasted fine, everything else was awful. Management needs to get this place under control.

I waited in here for 10 minutes to buy lunch. Not a single person came up to help and I saw 3 employees who just stared at me while I waited. I love this food so much and would single handily keep the doors open but with service like this I wouldn’t eat if it was the only food around.

I ordered at 9:30pm a soft burrito and a steak quesadilla with a side of chips and guac. Mind you they don’t close until 11 pm. I was very disappointed because the chicken was very very hard and the rice was NOT cooked in the burrito and the steak in the quesadilla had a funny taste to it… not enjoyable if you know what I mean. On top of all of this the chips were wayyyyyy too overdone and burnt. So upset and annoyed.
