It smelled like sour milk and the ice cream melted. It doesn’t seem safe to eat. Ice cream shouldn’t repeatedly go through a soupy phase before being brought up to freezing temperatures again. The staff was nice though.

I understand that not all locations may have the same promotions, but it would be great if their birthday offerings could be more consistent across the board.

I got the lucky charms ice cream because I thought it would have fresh cereal on the top and it didn’t. The ice cream just tasted like old cereal milk and the cereal in the ice cream was super soggy and the marshmallows were also soggy. Which is why I thought they’d put fresh cereal on top at least. But other than that flavor cold stones ice cream is very good.

Instead of turning me away, Isac took the time to make one from scratch for my daughter’s birthday! Seriously, who does that these days?
