RUDE staff. Burrito was almost entirely stone cold plain white rice with a few chunks of the lowest quality gristly chicken they could apparently find all clumped up in one end. I’ve never understood why people get so excited about Chipotle, and after today I will never eat it again. Gross.

We ordered Chipotle to cater lunch for about 150 employees. The food was ready, on time, and the quality was great! As our lunch went on, we started to run out of Chicken & Steak. I called the store and they were able to quickly prepare more protein for us, in the middle of their lunch rush! The manager and the employees were so helpful!

Picked up my food in the chipotlane today and as soon as the bag was handed to me, the employee started shutting the window AS I’m asking if there is a fork in the bag. She slammed the window in my face and didn’t even look at me. Horrible service. There was no fork in the bag.

This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Not only does the food take an absurd amount of time to prepare, but the employees do not make me feel welcomed at this location whatsoever. Countless times i have dined in and ordered online and it takes minimum 45 mins to make my food even when ordered in advance. One time i was at this location and was made fun of by staff for leaving the line because it was so slow. i will never be dining this location again, they don’t value my time or money.

This Chipotle location is a mess. I have picked up orders here a couple times in a row and it’s been the wrong items or the wrong ingredients. I have also ordered through the Chipotle app through this location and has issues but I decided to give it one last shot. They disappointed me once again. I placed my order via the app at 12:06 pm and was told my estimated delivery time would be 12:35pm. I understand if it’s busy or under staffed but 12:41pm rolled around and the dasher was still waiting on the order. Then I got switched to another dasher. I asked for them to please make sure my order was exactly what I ordered before they left; they said no problem. Then 1:16pm comes and still not ready. The dasher is being told they are just now starting my order…..seriously?! Okay I will wait a little longer but my dasher is still waiting for my order at 1:36pm. So now it’s been 1 hour and 30 minutes since I placed the order. My place of employment, which is where it was to be delivered, is only a couple of miles from this location, however, I was not able to leave to go get it myself. So I started the cancellation process because I could not wait anymore wondering if I would even receive this or not. I informed the poor dasher who has been waiting for almost an hour that I was going to cancel the order. He informed me that he asked them what the hold up was and they informed him that someone already picked up the order and they refused to remake it. 45 MIN LATER AND THEY FINALLY DECIDED TO SAY SOMETHING?!
