Seems like each time I come here it’s dirtier than the time before. Although several tables were unoccupied, none were clean. The bag and napkins on the floor sat the entire time we were there. (Ordered online at the store, waited for the food and ate. So it was plenty of time to get picked up.)

Ordered a burrito here on [date] and it was a disaster. Missing the pico I asked for, tortilla was rock-hard, and it was wrapped so badly it fell apart in the foil. I paid cash and was not given a receipt. When I went back to complain minutes later, staff were short and dismissive — one literally said, “So what do you want?” and told me, “You’ll have to do that online.” When I asked for a receipt, they said they “wouldn’t be able to find it” since I paid cash. Absolutely unacceptable food quality and customer service.

0 STARS – I ordered two sofritas Chipotle bowls, both with queso (since they were out of guac), but was overcharged. Instead of the $1.70 “extra queso” charge, we were charged $2.70 per bowl as if we ordered queso on the side—despite it being in the bowl. The queso in the bowl is almost non-existent, see photos. When I pointed out the mistake, the cashier (Nayarith, per the receipt) dismissively said, “I just press a button to add queso,” and refused to correct the charge or give us the sides we were billed for. This felt completely careless and definitely racist. She was serving as if she had a violent and malicious intention. I hope management reviews this interaction and provides her appropriate training and me a REFUND!!!!!

I would give 0 star’s if it was possible completely unprofessional. The manager doesn’t care about anyone else’s time, but only for herself. kept me waiting for 20 minutes and when i asked again she blamed it on me insisting i was late when i arrived 3-4 minutes prior the scheduled time. i understand people can be busy but should have taken accountability and if not much apologized and rescheduled

I placed an order and upon opening the container I found a bug walking all over my food. This was very disgusting and I can’t believe that. When I went back to the restaurant the manager saw nothing wrong with the food. I clearly was showing her the bug that was crawling all over my food. I have provided photos with this review to clearly show a bug that is in my food. The manager was very disrespectful and very rude that she didn’t see anything wrong. She didn’t want to help me or give me a refund. She just took the food and threw it in the trash as if nothing happened. That was very disrespectful and very unprofessional. She definitely needs to be fired as well as the rest who didn’t care as to what I’m showing them.

Their Diet Coke was out and didn’t tell us ahead of time. They had no folks, and I mean no folks on the premises. They didn’t tell us that either. I bought a salad. Try eating that with a spoon. Every table was disgusting and we had to clean our own. Yes, they refunded my salad and apologized. The staff was kind. But the GM needs to learn how to order enough supplies and set the proper expectations for its staff.

There are Incredible staff memebers at this location. I was stupid enough to drop a glass coke bottle and I felt so bad. The gentlemen there were so understanding. Kept reassuring me that I had nothing to feel bad about.

The food was also fantastic. Love this location!

Went to the Chipotle in Woodinville first ( and later went to the Totem Lake one). And this review is about that experience. And writing because this place has been notorious for poor service. 3rd time in about 4 months and every time had to walk out because they did not have the grilled veggies. And there was no regret in stating they did not have it and make an attempt to get it ready. Sorry we don’t have it. If you don’t have it, take it off the menu. This was on Friday evening at 5:55 pm. Noting this for whoever is at Chipotle to make an attempt to fix poor performance at their locations.

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to! I’ve been here a few times hoping they would have improved, but they consistently serve food that’s cold (chicken, beans, etc) , that I’ve then needed to deconstruct at home and heat up. This has often ruined my meal esp with all the things that are mushed in but not meant to be microwaved. Not sure how they are passing food safety standards, but their quality has been consistently inconsistent. I’ve never had this experience with the Woodinville Chipotle as an example, which has always been consistent!

The female workers at this location consistently don’t listen to you when you speak. I don’t know why they aren’t trying harder to serve their customer what they asked for, but I haven’t had 1 good experience at this Chipotle since I moved to Kirkland 8 months ago. It’s very disappointing. It’s not even a reasonable mistake- I say Kids meal and they make a full meal, I clearly order something for myself as well, but she begins helping the next customer. The next lady puts veggies on my meal when I asked for carne asada, and then looked annoyed when I said no, I don’t want those, and she had to take them off. But she only took off a couple of them, and left the rest. This is only 1 instance, they show me every single time that they aren’t listening and they’re doing whatever they want. There was even a time that I was standing at the check out and she was just talking to her friend in a blue sweater for 6 minutes before acknowledging me.

The only worker who listens and gets everything correct for the past 8 months is an older white male.

I left the veggies straight on the table so maybe the women can actually do their jobs.
