Located near the Waterhouse Commons off of SW Regatta Ln in Beaverton, this is the spot you need to add to your got to visit list.
From the easy to read menu, you’ll be introduced to a Northwest Chinese styled cuisine and array of wonderfully flavored entrees but they are best known for their house made hand cut noodles. Add to that the great service and simple dining space and you’ll see why it works. With locations throughout the Portland Metro area there’s sure to one near you so stop on by and give it a try.

I can only comment on takeout but it was definitely not worth ordering. I ordered pork belly pulled noodles and crab Rangoon. The crab Rangoon was flat and had no filling and soggy. The main issue was the pork belly pulled noodles was missing the pork belly. I had a few tiny scraps of some sort of pork and one slice of pork but not a single piece of pork belly.

I love Frank’s and their hand pulled noodles. It is such a comfort food for me. I prefer ordering all my noodles dishes vegetarian and then having a meat dish separately.
The vegetarian hand pulled noodles is my favorite dish here. You can customize the spice level. I chose level 1 (lowest spice) because I was introducing the food to a new person with a non-existent spice tolerance. Typically I order level 3 for a nice compromise between flavor and spiciness.
The biang biang noodles are excellent. The vinegar sauce and veggies paired together nicely. The flavor profiles between the two noodle dishes complimented each other and provided a nice balance.
The galbi is also flavorful and delicious.
My dining partner fell in love with the food and requested the leftovers.

I’ve been here previously for a team lunch, and I could not forget the scrumptious shrimp with the sticky sweet coating. I was also feeling under the weather so went for kimchi fried rice for some heat. Food arrived promptly piping hot – service was quick and so was the check out. Perfect pace for weekday meal. Would love to be back for beef soup with hand pulled noodles before summer heat kicks in.
