This location is not my favorite but it is convenient when I’m stopping for food after school. The speaker is busted and makes ordering stressful. The humming/static is so loud that I can barely hear them speak. I had to keep asking her to repeat what she said, and I can hear her growing agitated with me. I get it but it’s not my fault that the equipment is faulty. When I got my food, I saw 3 cheese bites. Like…are you kidding me? All that stress and I just got 3! I can say that I will not be returning after today’s visit.

i go to cookout often and and this isnt the first time this has happened o ask for a tray 4 chicken quesadillas with EXTRA QUESADILLA SAUCE this isn’t even cooked all the way cheese isn’t melted and was warm and where’s the sauce half the time yall get it right half the time yall don’t it’s annoying. if it would have been cooked cheese melted and you didn’t add the extra sauce okay well that’s fine but undercooked and cheese not melted i don’t trust you to remake my food.

The girl working the window was so rude because she couldn’t hear us over the wind. Ended up not putting a single ice cube in any of our drinks… Had to wait 10+ mins for our food and asked us to back up behind the yellow pole for her timer (cheating the metrics). The people behind us were getting annoyed because we had to sit behind the window.

This cookout is absolutely terrible and their customer service sucks! I’m a college student and work a fast food job, so I get it, but damn yall. More often than not they’re very rude and always messing orders up. I get that quickness is the point, but I don’t want it to be fast if it’ll be wrong! Always something with this cookout.

If you like waiting in line for 20+ minutes to have your food drenched in mustard for complaining about not having your order taken this is the place for you. We waited in the drive-through and were ignored. Waited another 10 minutes at the window and when we complained about our order, not being taken, our food was subsequently destroyed and covered in mustard. Management is a joke run by a childish teenager who would rather slam windows and give you the finger than be apologetic.

Back to back times had same gal at drive through who talks in basically rushes you to make your order. Ordered worst milkshake of life it was supposed to be peanut butter cup shake and got a weird vanilla speckled half effort $5 shake that I ended up not eating because it wasn’t worth the calories

Woman who took my order had a nasty attitude. One order was supposed to have double cajun fries but when I received it, it looked picked over. Second order was supposed to be double hush puppies and an extra side of fries, we never received those fries.

Due to the disrespectful nature of the all associates working today 09.01.25 around 3pm. We all understand the nature of being understaffed, super busy, lack of training and etc. But what we can’t understand is the lack of respect & courtesy these associates lacked today. Having to wait for our food, watching others receive their orders after us and then receiving the wrong order (food was cold) was an inconvenience but one we understand considering the nature of the establishment. However after giving the Cook Out associates all of the grace & patience myself and family were met with the most disrespectful and lackadaisical attitudes. Definitely would not recommend this particular Cook Out.
