This location is always a mess. I’m not even sure there’s proper management here. The staff seem to be mostly high school kids, which might explain some of the issues. I’d also recommend not ordering online—you’ll likely get very little protein and they often forget the condiments.

This is not a serious Chipotle. The person making the bowls and burritos was ridiculously stingy. I don’t need an over abundance, but my bowl was lighter than I’ve ever had. He wouldn’t even put more fillers like lettuce. The staff seemed disinterested and annoyed to be serving the public. By far, the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to.

I stopped by to pick up dinner for my granddaughter today and wasn’t disappointed. Her chicken bowl looked full of chicken and all the other stuff she wanted. Just as I began to read her texted order, my phone died and together, the Chipolte guy and I got it right. She was very happy.

I came in on February 7th and I had a timed order while my Uber was on its way. Before arriving, I had received a notification that my order was ready. I came to pick it up and it turns out it was never made. I told them I was here to pick up my order, they did nothing for two minutes. Then they proceeded to make it. Just before leaving I realized they gave me the wrong order and I had to tell them to make it right. If they say an order is ready, IT HAS TO BE LITERALLY READY!!!! I didn’t catch a name on who helped me but she clearly had attitude towards me. They also need to wear name tags and provide better customer service

These guys always get me right! They have a great staff and give AMAZING portions! This is one of the THREE, BEST Chipotle’s that I can think of PERIOD. I go there all the time on my luches from work. They ACTUALLY care about you a load you up! The guy who I THINK is the manager ALSO works hard with the team, has a caring attitude, and ALSO gives AMAZING portions. Which is so satisfying to see. Not to glaze, but… 9.7/10!! The only bad experiences I’ve really have with them was with online uber eats orders.

We ordered a Burrito amongst other bowls and didn’t receive the burrito from a delivery to our store and since it never came we ordered the same burrito separately 30 minutes later, and it came partially almost frozen. They must have put it in the frozen then dug it out and didn’t make it fresh at all.

Update: This location is moved to online orders only, process is clunky and inefficient. It removes all opportunities for the excellent customer service they were providing. I won’t be back unless they change their policy.
Old review: Best Chipotle I’ve been to in the Portland area. Ingredients were all fresh and high quality. Service was polite, personable and Fast. Both the kitchen and the dining room were impeccably clean. Having grown ups where Chipotle started this is the standard I’ve come to expect. This is the first one in Oregon I’ve been to that meets that standard.

I love this location!! The inside is always sparkling clean (including bathrooms which is awesome) and seems very well managed. The employees are always kind and professional which i think contributes to a better customer experience.
The food itself is always so tasty and fresh. It’s well seasoned and properly prepared allowing me to feel confident in the quality of food im receiving. I also think that their chips are better here as they always have the perfect amount of salt and lime making it so they actually have flavour! They have been super accommodating with any mention of allergies, and I can tell they work hard for ensure no contamination is found in your meal.
I think this is the best location in the Beaverton area, and offers the most positive and consistent experience each time! I can tell the store manager has an eye for detail and it absolutely makes a difference in setting their location apart from others!!
