This is the third (and last) time that I’ve ordered a veggie burrito with EXTRA beans from their website and I get home and realize they barely put any beans in it. We’re talking anywhere between 5-10 beans. Extra means additional not less. Our burritos were all rice and guac. Extremely dissatisfied. I’ll drive the extra three minutes and go to the north Napa location so they can get my order right.

I ordered by the phone and which i don’t want chips and they can’t figure out it I said that’s fine but they didn’t put chips on my order and they charged and I call the restaurant they were realy rude for customer service and they still trying that’s not our fold I will never order chipotle anymore that’s done for me I don’t recommend to anybody

I love this Chipotle location and all the workers currently working there are so kind and take pride in their work, unlike the Trancas location! Soscol Chipotle is the only location I will go to now.

Best customer service by mirian for going the extra mile for helping me everytime I come here and have a complicated order or just a large one. will be coming back a lot more if mirian is here!. For the other part Good portions. Good quality food and others give good service. Sometimes forgets forks and napkins when pick up online but not much of an issue!

Friendly servers, fresh delicious food, and a clean space. Can’t ask for much more than that. Kudos to the team for being efficient. I’m from Ohio and our restaurants have taken a deep dive in quality food and service. I was pleasantly surprised at this location. It felt like reliving my chipotle experience from a decade ago when the chain first opened in my area.

Very good food. Super fresh and everything tasted amazing. Staff is extremely nice and friendly. One of the cleanest Chipotles I’ve visited. Great location near the cinema and shopping plazas. Highly recommend and will return!
