I have spent most of my life working as a waiter and restaurant manager, so I naturally pay attention to service and organization wherever I go. I often stop by your restaurant for a quick meal. The food is very tasty and consistently prepared fast. My favorite order is the bowl with double beef.
However, I want to point out one recurring issue. Although you have a large number of employees, it often happens that only one person is actively working – preparing the food and handling the checkout – while several others appear disengaged. This leads to unnecessary lines and longer waiting times, which is not ideal for customers.
I believe this is something that could be improved, because over time, this type of workflow may affect customer satisfaction and potentially result in losing guests. With a bit more coordination and involvement from the entire team, the experience could easily be much better. ❤️
We ordered takeout from here tonight after a long time. The portion was sad and barely touched the ridge of the bowl. We even ordered extra chicken for $4 more on the App, and barely saw any chicken in the bowl. Will avoid this location unless they make some serious implement.
I called the store to provide feedback and was told if I return to the store, they could offer refund. I came back to the store and the staffs refused to issue refund. Two trips for a simple App take out, horrible experience
Be honest I always go to this location and their portion is very inconsistent. Sometimes I don’t have time to order in person and I kid you not their portion for online order is crazy small. And the fact that I paid 17$ for a bowl with no guac but have a limited time brisket. Doesn’t make it any better especially having barely any meat. And on top of that too atleast fill it up where the line is inside the bowl. There’s barely any rice in there for that.
Even then wouldn’t you notice when putting my order into somebody else’s yet again non matching labeled bag. Chipotle has gone down the drain.
Not only that, but when I got there to pick up, the order was not on the shelf. I waited there until a worker noticed me and asked if I was there to pick up. When I said yes, she went and got my order from the back, where it had been sitting. When I got home, food was cold.
