This isn’t the first time this has happened with online orders from this location. I paid over $20 for a burrito bowl and received an embarrassingly small portion of chicken — nowhere near a full serving.
There’s a clear difference between how bowls are made in person versus through the app, and customers should not be shorted just because they ordered digitally. If I’m paying full price, I expect full portions. I will be contacting corporate because this ongoing inconsistency is unacceptable. The picture speaks for itself.

If you want proof of inflation, check out Chipotle in Dinuba. I understand if maybe meats are too expensive, but beans and rice really??? In my opinion, prices are too expensive for half a bowl of food. I probably won’t go back, and I hope it’s not the case for every Chipotle.

They left items out of my doordash order and will not refund or deliver items I PAID for ,Chipotle says to contact doordash, doordash says to Chipotle and there is no one willing to do the right thing. I will never order from Chipotle again no will I use doordash EVER again. Both parties are ridiculous and ok steal money for things they don’t deliver.

I don’t ever type reviews but EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from this chipotle they ALWAYS be forgetting stuff from my order, they have forgot my drinks, my chip bags they have also forgot my side of rice. It has happened to me so many times now it’s insane, I don’t understand why they keep forgetting??? they need new employees this is ridiculous at some point they actually forgot almost my ENTIRE order and I had to go back in there and tell them stuff was missing from my order.

Hands down the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to.

First visit: bowl was completely skimped (rice and beans included)— barely half full. I didn’t bother to ask for more and let it slide.

Next day, I come in around 10 PM (closes 11 but they started to shut down outside seating restrooms and I arrived). By 10 they’re already out of white rice and sofritas. When I asked what they could do to make it right, they offered nothing of real value — just suggested ingredients that were already in my mobile order. No effort to fix the situation, no apology, and definitely no sense of customer service. Just blank faces which I returned to match their energy.

Their solution? “We can have the order ready for another day.” Lol.

This location consistently disappoints. Poor portions, bad attitude, and zero accountability. Save your money and go to literally any other Chipotle.

Manager was doing paperwork and took up three tables. It was 5:00 pm and they were out of everything. Employees standing around talking not even greeting customers. This was our second time eating dinner and this time the food had absolutely no flavor. Sad for Dinuba if these employees went to school in town no kind of work ethic at all.

The worker with Red hair has 0 customer service skill!! Served me with attitude and made my bowl aggressively! Seemed like she wanted to get rid of us, it wasn’t even packed only 2 other customers so it’s not like they were busy. Plus I went in 2 hours before closing time so its not like I was holding them back from closing!! Honestly they need to rethink the kind of staffing they are hiring/hired. HORRIBLE!
