My fiancé and I ordered this last night online. Picked it up, took it home, and was completely ripped off on what we ordered.
Mine was missing an extra serving of chicken and corn salsa. Even the rice was low portions.
My fiancé’s order was a literal bed of lettuce with maybe half a portion of every item that she ordered.
About $40 down the drain and not a single item was correct, and this isn’t the first time this location has messed up my order

Stopped in late Sunday night (12/21/25), the guy that started my order was great, but the girl that took over was so rude, acted like she was annoyed to even be there and then tried to rush me thru ordering, I ordered a veggie bowl… to top it off, I got food poisoning from the food on top of being 7months pregnant…having someone be so rude and then to endure food poisoning on top of all that… so disappointing, will NEVER go back!

WOW! I mean, wow! I haven’t tasted food like this in a long time. Maybe since I left San Diego, but IDK! I never had Chipotle before and I was in the area so I took a chance! AMAZING! Its fast paced, the music is bumping and the food is great! I might even give up Taco Bell for week just to have Chipotle for a day! The employees give you a genuine smile and there isn’t a speck of trash anywhere. Only two problems I noted while here was a overflowing trash can and a few unkempt tables, but that happens. Just gotta be faster! Nothing is going to take away from that with the food they serve, music they play and the speed at which they serve you!

Wow I ordered $250 catering and I received 3oz of 3 meats. They forgot the flour tortillas and the taco shells. The containers where SO SMALL DO NOT ORDER I WOULD HAve GOTTON MORE FOOD IF I WENT TO THE LOCATION AND ORDERED FOR MY 12 team members….. waste of my money!!!!!!!!!

Food quality was good but portions were HORRIBLE. I got a chicken salad bowl and it barely filled half the bowl for $12.53.
Supposed to be “Keto Bowl” with lots of cheese and guac. Technically a Chicken Salad, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Cheese, Guacamole. It’s so sad how poor the portion control has gotten.

I was disappointed in my bowl. Asked for extra rice did not get it. The girl just looked at me but did not get extra rice. I would have paid extra for it. The chicken pieces is very fatty one piece was very tough. Don’t order chicken. Fajita veggies very salty. Had to pick them out. Out of this whole bowl the guacamole was the only topping worth eating. This place on Mooney blvd use to be good. What happened????? If I am going to spend over 30.00 I do expect better quality of food. Won’t waste my money there anymore. I will go to another location.

Went to chipotle for the second time ever. There was a decent line but the workers were trying their best to get everyone’s order fast. When it was my turn the employee looked annoyed, I asked for a chicken burrito. She then proceeds to ask me what kind of protein. I say chicken again and I asked for brown with white rice mixed. Everything was good until the other employee was grabbing sour cream I tried telling him I don’t want that but he did not hear until he looked up and he heard me the second time. He tells the co worker over to him “ why did you tell me sour cream “ she then TELLS me “ That’s what you said “ first of all why would I say something I don’t EVER eat. I don’t like sour cream and I never said those words. Then the person that was wrapping my burrito does not know how to wrap a burrito properly which is fine so I asked for a bowl, so when I asked for one the worker laughed and gave me attitude so I apologized cause I hate being that person especially when I worked in fast food BEFORE.
Maybe those girls should get a career if they hate there jobs so much . Also tortilla wasn’t even cooked all the way the second time since she wanted to be petty lol.

Everytime I go, the mobile order food isn’t on the shelf I’d have to ask one of the worker to get it but they’re all busy taking care the line that’s setup for ordering food not for pickup, and this gentlemen I think he only works in the kitchen just looked at me and ignored me when I was talking to him.
