We had a fantastic Team Dinner here and I was impressed with the food. The salad, steak, roasted vegetables, mashed, chicken and pizzas all were delicious. Great flavor and fresh. I wasn’t expecting much here but they proved me wrong. The service was a bit disjointed in the beginning, but I gave them a pass since it is hard to serve a big group.

Crust Brewing is a great addition to the Rosemont town square. Huge space with a big bar and plenty of room to spread out, whether you’re meeting friends, watching a game, or hosting a team get-together.
The beer was excellent — the Park Place Lager really stood out. It’s a clean, upscale lager with more body and flavor than expected, making it super easy to drink while still being interesting.
Awesome spot with good vibes, great beer, and lots of space. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and now I’m sad I did. The best thing were the cheese curds. I didn’t get a picture of them but they were very tasty and the ranch that came with it was also excellent! The buffalo pizza on the other hand left much to be desired. Aside from the food, we had the worst service ever. As soon as our order was placed, we never saw our waitress again. No refills, no checking in at all. They’re lucky we are good patrons and flagged down a busboy to ask for our bill. No joke, we could’ve just walked out and no one would have known because that’s how ignored we were. I still tipped $20 but that should have gone to the busboys only because they’re the only ones who bothered to stop by our table.

First time trying this restaurant. It was about 8 of us that dined in for lunch and it went well. The drinks were good and strong not watered down. They do not have a huge beer selection so be mindful about that. We had different items of food and they all were very good. The service was great as well as our waitress. I would dine in again when I am ever back in the area.

We visited Crust Brewing out of curiosity and were excited to try something new. The vibe of the place is cool, and it seemed like a great spot to hang out, grab some bites, and enjoy a few drinks.
We ordered a beer flight to sample a variety of what they had on tap. It was a fun experience to try different brews, but unfortunately, we only really liked one of them. The rest just didn’t hit the mark for us—either too flat, too bitter, or just not our style. Still, it was a cool way to explore their selection.
For food, we ordered nachos, and they were pretty good! Nice crunch, good portion, and flavorful toppings. It’s a solid choice for sharing with friends over drinks.
Where things fell short was the service. It felt like we were kind of forgotten about. The staff wasn’t rude, but they definitely weren’t attentive. We had to wait quite a bit to place orders or ask for anything, and there wasn’t much follow-up throughout our visit.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience—but it wasn’t amazing either. Crust Brewing has potential, especially with its atmosphere, but we’d love to see some improvement in service and maybe a bit more variety or refinement in the beer selection. Might give it another shot in the future, but not in a rush to return.

Awesome spot. My buddy has been talking up the “bliztin” seasonal beer for some time and it dropped so we had to get it. It’s amazing! Highly recommend before it runs out until next year!
The food is great as well! Steak sandwich is great

In town for a work conference and walked over from the hotel. Only 8 draft beer choices and they were out of 3 if them. Ordered The Pepperoni pizza which was supposed to have hot honey on it. The ricotta cheese was weird but not terrible. The pepperoni was severely lacking with one piece having a single, small pepperoni on it. The hot honey was also lacking with no kick whatsoever. Can’t say I would return for a $25 pizza here.

Party of three that visited on a Sunday evening. There were a few people seated at the bar area but otherwise, this place barely had anybody in it at the time. Its a large place with many tables to hang out at. There aren’t too many beer drafts to select from but the Peachy Keen I ordered was worth it. We parked in the nearby garage and had our parking validated. Ordered one of the pizzas on the menu which was good. The place had good lighting but was super quiet. In terms of being a brewery, I wasn’t too impressed, however, the pizzas are good.

Took the family after Christmas shopping and had a great time. The crusts for the pizza were amazing, tried the hot honey pepperoni, feta and the Bacon Lettuce tomato pies. Waiter could have come back to check on refills more, but understandable with how busy they were.
Place was packed, parking was the only bad part.

The atmosphere is very good. There is a DJ and music choices are great. The food is very tasty. We liked everything we ordered except for the poke tuna because it has more chillies/red hot peppers than tuna. We ordered Buffalo wings bone in, fried cucumbers, and supreme pizza. We also ordered beer and cocktails, everything is satisdactory. The server is also very attentive.
