Bought my dinner, I told the worker it’s to go! They used a brown paper bag for my bowl, placed it on the chair next to me, by the time we got home I felt that my pants was wet with Barbacoa juice, took the bag and then everything dropped because the bag was very wet from the juice, called Chipotle, they apologized and said normally if it’s to go they will double the container told them she did not! I was thinking that they will at least offer a replacement but they did not! Management please train your workers!!!!

I love chipotle and I’m a very big fan of their food. Over it has nothing to do with the taste or anything but of how much the workers put in their portion of food. I am paying for a $16 bowl and the workers put small portions of the food. They charge for extra meat, which I think it’s unnecessary because they put such a small portion of it. Every time you ask for more, the workers give you a face.

I went in for a bowl today and they didn’t have barbacoa, I waited for it as well as veggies. Once they were ready they only added veggies and no barbacoa. They didn’t have anything organized.I got home and realized that it didn’t have the barbacoa, it was pointless waiting for that long.

A big shout out to the General manager at chipotle “ SAM” always greets me with a big smile and a have a good day, not even in a major city have I encountered this charisma and respect!! towards others. Hopefully upper management can see this as this does not happen, often that you made a great person that loves what they do.

Horrible customer service. Super messy and unorganized workers yelling at each other. They don’t restock the food into the containers which caused a limit in what you can put into the bowl or burrito. very rude and very lazy.

really messy. ingredients were being dropped into other ingredients. employees were too lazy to bring another container of lettuce so instead they would go to the back, stick their hand in the container and bring a handful of lettuce and drop it into your bowl or burrito.
