Been going here since it first opened in Springfield. My dining started with trying the delicious mini tacos. Then I moved on to the tostada’s. After that the crunchy tacos beef and shredded beef. Love the beans and rice on the side. I could eat this menu everyday. My kid loves the shrimp tacos and queso cheese and chips. We’re turning into regulars here. Mucho gracias Victor Taco Shop!

So today is November 30th 2021 I ordered my food probably around 10:00 p.m. maybe a little before maybe a little after give or take we ordered two chicken quesadillas one with only lettuce the other just chicken and cheese and I asked to have a small amount of rice substitute the pico de gallo guacamole sour cream and lettuce they said okay my wife wanted a side of nacho cheese. Instead as you seen the picture we got a very skimpy poorly made chicken quesadilla 799 a piece and instead of giving Sinatra cheese on the side we still received all the sides it seems like and queso cheese that’s watery and a bag of nacho chips that we didn’t order that were stale unless they come free and I’m not aware it was our first time eating there and it will probably be our last but I am going to call and ask them to replace my order or refund it one I was terribly disappointed and felt like this is just not what I should get out of a homemade authentic family restaurant.

If you are looking for a tasty taco place but not too Americanized, this is your stop. Not fast food but fast service. There are a variety of tacos and pretty close to authentic. I had a carnitas, g- beef and a shredded beef taco. Homemade salsa. Super tasty. Pass up the taco bell and eat here.

I am completely blown away by how delicious my food was at Victor’s Taco Shop. I had a crispy beef taco, a soft chicken taco and a mini chicken taco and everything was literal perfection. My partner had a chicken quesadilla and he said “this is the best quesadilla I’ve ever had”. The Bacon and Cheese fries were exceptionally good as well. We dined in and everything was hot and fresh. The guacamole was some of the best I’ve had. I can’t wait to go back.
