I love coming to chipotle but today I had an unpleasant experience. The two employees that attended me were so rude. They barely put any food in my bowl and when I asked for more they rolled their eyes. At checkout I was trying to tell the employee I wanted a drink and she was checking me out in a rush and got mad when I asked for it. keep in mind there was no rush and it was a slow day from the looks of it. when i got my change back she threw the money at my hand when i was gently trying to grab it. definitely never coming back this is the worst customer service ever.

Me and my family usually go to this Chipotle because it us around the corner from our home. This time, the rice was old, and the one who served me refused me extra brown rice and extra cheese (though he refilled the brown rice after he met our goal, talk about lying!), and there was no brown rice on my brother Ryan’s bowl, he had all white. We go there about 2 to 3 times a week. This server was polite, but wouldn’t even get extra cheese. We talked to the manager of the Santa Fe Springs location (who is very nice) before for an unrelated mishap with our food which happened there. He told us anything is free on the bowls and burritos except meat, and we always get bowls, 3 of them. Other employees who served me before are fine to get a little extra cheese. All mom always gets is brown rice, chicken and cheese. Were not taking advantage of anything. You guys aren’t inexpensive, but we love your food. We probably won’t be frequenting your location for a while.

Horrible customer service at this location! The employees are more concerned with talking about there personal lives and texting , than their customers. I was irritated, but I felt worse for the lady after me who stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order, while all the employees were huddled in the corner talking n laughing and ignoring her. She finally said, “excuse me, is anybody working here?” That’s pretty sad.

The rice here in the past 2 times has been under cooked and hard so when you go to eat it the rice is all chalky and grainy. We submitted the complaint on the app but didn’t get anywhere with it or even a response.

When my boyfriend and I came in, the workers totally disregarded up and were only taking to themselves. It took more than five minutes for them to help us and didn’t seem like they wanted to because they were telling each other who was going to serve us. It was very cliquey

They sold us food poison expired milk and it made my baby girl sick and when I went to complain the store manager was so rude I never heard an apology from her and she didn’t even ask about my daughter’s safety just be careful with the milk when you order here because they might sell you expired milk and it could put you in danger.This is a food safety violation

There are times I order through the mobile app drive up pickup as well as inside. Don’t order online, get off and have them make your food in front of you. Employees rarely add any type of meat to your order since you’re not there seeing it in person being made. As much as it’s convenient it’s a rip off. Get off if you’re able to.
