50% of the time I’ve gone to this location (for convenience of distance) something goes wrong! Last time I was there I was overcharged! I didn’t notice when it went through but after I got my receipt. When I went to talk to the cashier she refused to acknowledge the mistake. I told her, “Look at the board on the wall, that’s what I should have been charged!” She didn’t even look up and stood her ground ignoring me. I’m sure she just didn’t want to go through the process of giving me a refund since the line was long and it was only like $1. Also, seemed like the employees didn’t know what they were doing making the food asking same questions repeatedly and the fajita mix was still raw like it wasn’t even cooked! I WILL NOT be returning to this location! Go somewhere else, believe me, you will thank me!

My co worker and I went on November 11th which was also veterans Day. Being that we both served prior we both thought they would have a deal for veterans since they were advertising it on their website. The rude employee basically responded saying we don’t celebrate veterans Day around this area which I had no idea what she meant by that, nonetheless my partner wanted the food since he likes this place and I went ahead with them and all I can say was the quality of the food was horrible which basically made me decide I will never eat Chipotle ever again until they train employees how to act with people and also not have false advertisement on their website about celebrating veterans Day when this location made it clear they don’t acknowledge that holiday around this area again I have no idea what that employee meant by that. I will gladly speak to the manager if they feel the contact me so I can give him a better description of the two employees that I’m referring to since I don’t want to make it a big deal on the internet with who they really are.

For the past couple of months, I’ve come here 4 times between 8-8:15PM, and you’re out of chicken and guacamole. Tonight at 8:00 they’re out of chicken again, several pieces are cooking on the grill. How so you not know when you’re running out of chicken. I ended up getting a different meat. When I ask for guacamole, I was told they didn’t have any. I complained to the manager, who was ringing me up, and told me he was in the back making it and it would be ready in ten minutes. I look over his shoulder and saw a worker putting guacamole on a plate, then she disappeared further to the back. Your service has become horrible. In the future I will not patronize your business, I will go to the Chipotle on Figueroa. It’s sad I can’t good quality service in my own community.

All out nasty experience I wouldn’t waste the time or money coming to eat at this unsanitary place. First they had old food all over the food line. The staff acted like they did not care was very rude and acted as if they didn’t know anything and then other staff were eating while handling peoples food. Nothing “fresh” they tried to serve scraps and had no energy to replace the old dried out food that they were trying to serve. I won’t be returning and if you don’t want to get sick I suggest going somewhere else.
