I’m not sure if the people who work there realize that they are working. No one wanted to come take our order. It was like a game of tag. Very bad customer service. The place itself is dirty for being so new. All the tables were not cleaned up. On the plus side the food was good as it should be. Would I come back again? Probably not.

This is my receipt, I have tried calling seven times and every time I call I go through the prompt where you guys try to take my order then I have to go through the automated system to get to the store for it to tell me it is unable to take my call at this time…. When I came into the store today, a new employee was taking orders she told me the system was down and use two different credit cards for me because the first time the system froze with my first credit card even though it said approved, so she said she had to use a different card and when I told her it said approved, she said it did not go through…. Now I have been billed twice and I cannot get through to Chipotle. I like chipotle, but not enough to be paying for it twice and on top of that I don’t like to waste my time especially to have to call an establishment seven times with no one picking up the line is absolutely ridiculous.!!! No Bueno.

This is the second time I’ve found hair in my food! And had to wait 30 minutes for them to remake it the first time. So I asked for a refund and the manager Natily was so rude about it and dropped my money on the fool and had me pick it up with out saying sorry. Never again!!

Easily the worst Chipotle in the city. I was happy when they opened by my house but it has been terrible more often than not. DO NOT place a pick up order there. Something will be wrong with your order. Watch them make your food. The rice is regularly undercooked and hard. No one ever takes accountability. Just teenagers running the classrooms while the teachers are away.

This Chipotle literally has the worst customer service of this restaurant branch I have ever been to. I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but they keep proving me right. A sloth can move faster than the employees here. Never make eye contact to say just a moment. I wanted extra corn yesterday and they had more in the drive thru station, but I had to wait because they were breaking down the station. Not to mention waiting 30 minutes in line. Then I thought they put a cup of corn in my bag and they didn’t. I then had to wait by the register and they wouldn’t make eye contact with me saying to wait a moment or anything. The employees here would benefit greatly by taking customer service classes and working at a Chipotle that actually has true Chipotle customer service. If I wanted McDonald’s service I’d eat there. I’ll go to the farther Chipotle on Craig and N. 5th from now on where they have good service and know to treat customers!

I ordered a bowl with chicken and a side of chips with salsa. The chicken had absolutely no taste and it was mostly fat not any meat. Chips were old and edible. Certainly not going back to this store. Also the restaurant was dirty. Tables and floor were full of left order food. Awful experience.

Black girl at the register with the short hair is rude and should fix her attitude, she had a attitude I guess because I asked her for fresh rice, she was scraping the rice that was stuck to the bottom of the pan, about to give it to me, like umm no thankyou, & hire better employees, ones that smile and show enthusiasm!!!

We always order delivery from here and the first time it was great, every time since then, either half the order is missing or like the last two times our order was incorrect and we received the wrong items.
