From the moment we walked in, the vibe was cold and hostile. No greeting, no smile, nothing. The person scooping rice literally sighed heavily and rolled their eyes when I asked for a normal portion (not even extra). When I politely asked a question about ingredients, I got a one-word grunt in response and they turned away to help the next person without another word. It felt like they were actively miserable and wanted everyone to know it.
The food itself was fine — nothing special, but edible — but the attitude ruined the whole thing. For the prices they charge now, the least they could do is act like they don’t hate their jobs (or customers). Rude, cold, and zero effort to make it a pleasant visit. Felt like we were bothering them by ordering food at a restaurant.
Zero stars if I could. Won’t be back to this location — or probably any Chipotle — anytime soon.

Most recently, I ordered a steak entree and when I got home I realized they made it with chicken instead. Luckily I don’t have an allergy, but I do not like their chicken, so my husband drove all the way back to fix the issue, only to be told they were out of steak and were not making any more for the night. This was still about an hour before closing. On top of that, the staff was rude to him when he tried to resolve the problem.
What makes this even more frustrating is that steak costs more than chicken, so I paid extra and still did not receive what I ordered, and no one seemed to care at all. It honestly felt like they were trying to get away with charging for steak while giving me something cheaper instead.
It is extremely disappointing that a store advertises being open until 10 pm but apparently stops preparing food around 9 pm. I wasted gas driving there and back, and the order still was not corrected. They also could have easily called to say they were out of steak or told my husband at pickup instead of just making the order with whatever they felt like using.
I work in customer service as a manager myself, and this level of service is unacceptable. I would not accept this from my team, and I would never allow my team to treat customers this way. Management here seriously needs to look into how online orders and customer issues are being handled.

《Edit to Response》 Did that, got an error message several times. Spoke to two reps who were very dismissive.
Behind the counter was just as bad. One employee was eating food from another restaurant right at the prep counter, and the entire area looked like a disaster. Only one person was making food at first, then another employee came over to help and did not wash his hands — he just put on gloves. Instead of focusing on preparing food, they were talking over it, and their aprons were touching the food.
We did receive our order, but after seeing how unsanitary everything was, we threw it away because it didn’t feel safe to eat.
This was disgusting and unacceptable. Management needs to seriously address cleanliness and food safety at this location. We won’t be back.
Lately we haven’t been having the best experience with any of the chipotles we go to, today was definitely different.
