We had a fantastic meal here. The clam chowder was rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The catfish really impressed us—perfectly seasoned with a crispy, crunchy exterior that wasn’t oily at all. The popcorn shrimp was fresh and tasty, and the fried rice was truly phenomenal—great texture and packed with flavor. Friendly service and a comfortable atmosphere made the experience even better. We will definitely be coming back!

Food was delicious, Waitstaff was attentive given the late hour we came to them. Bill for 3 people two Catfish Baskets, 2 Crab Cakes and a Shrimp Stir Fry served in a halved Pineappleand two bowls of Gumbo. And 3 Cokes was 76$ without tip.

First time visiting Red Hook and the food was amazing, the customer service not so much…The guy taking our order wasn’t friendly at all and we couldn’t really understand him. I asked could I order some oysters to go and he said they don’t have them as a to go item, but the young lady who was assisting him suggested I order them and eat them at the bar while we waited for our food, she was very sweet and welcoming. So I took the young lady up on her offer and went to the bar, the bartender wasn’t very friendly either, she saw me but was hesitant to speak. I ordered the oysters and a strawberry peach margarita, everything was delicious but the service. Hopefully the next time we visit the customer service will be much better!!

I ordered takeout and I was missing items from my order. I called the restaurant to let them know what happened and he stated the only way to fix the issues was to recharge my card so the first order can be refunded. I live over 30 mins away so driving back wasn’t an option. The lady that took my order put everything on my receipt but they didn’t put everything in my bag. Please think twice before ordering anything over the phone from them. I spent $75 on food and I am disappointed. I will be letting my friends on every social media platform know as well.

We went to the one on New Brunswick Road in Memphis.. the manager greeted our party and provided amazing service for the 15 people in our party. He offered suggestions on what meals would be beneficial for those not wanting the “traditional” boil in the bag. We had a great meal and drinks. Thanks Mr. Michael McCall for the best experience thus far. The Lemon pepper wings were awesome!!

Customer service is horrible. I ordered to-go, the Red Hook combo B primarily for the lobster tail. Also added sausages. Once I got home (a 20 minute drive) I realized the lobster tail was missing so I called to let them know. Whoever answered the phone accused me of lying. Their exact words were “that could never happen, we check bags before we send them out” and when I explained that once again, there was no lobster tail, he said “Come back and show us the bag so that we can confirm. We have cameras” How stupid is that? If I was lying I could have just removed the lobster tail from the bag and showed them. Who is lying about a damn lobster tail after spending $70+ on their food?
Overall, the experience was terrible enough to never spend money there again. If you want to have missing items and get accused of lying about it, this is the place to go!

I bought dinner for my family here tonight. I spent $62 on takeout and wasn’t expecting a 5 star dinner. But when we got to the lobster, it was completely ruined. It had the texture of mashed potatoes, and it was inedible. Everything else was great and was enjoyable, however. But man, I could have gotten a cheaper combo and left the lobster out if this is the case. Please check and provide fresh seafood to paying customers.

The food was as expected. The service was definitely average at best. This entire place needs to be cleaned. From the missing ceiling tiles all the way to the floor the walls and everything need to be scrubbed in the bathroom. There was dust and what looked like food on the blinds at our table.
