This location is usually the better one in the area for fast and accurate service. This bad review is strictly due to the hostile, “I know it all,” and poor attitude of the manager at this location. I don’t know her name but she has black hair and appears to be of Asian descent. Everytime I come here and she’s working it’s a terrible experience. The first time I ordered something here she corrected the way I ordered a bowl but wanted to add lettuce to it in a rude way. Like okay if the lettuce on the bottom makes it a salad instead of having the lettuce on the top which makes it a bowl, educate in a nice way. The next time I came in I heard her speaking in a very condescending way to her staff and yelling at them. Then today I come in and order a veggie bowl with a side of chicken, she makes zero eye contact throughout the entire process and speeds through it then quickly states to the guy working the register it’s “a chicken bowl add guac with the chicken on the side.” I was confused as to why she would say it that way but when I got rung up it was wrong. It was rung up as a chicken bowl with extra chicken and guacamole. I go back to get refunded for the extra chicken because I didn’t have any. The cashier’s super nice and then the manager comes to look at the refund… And she says to him in a snarky voice ” didn’t you listen to me?”

God this location is horrific. Our steak was incredibly burnt, so much so it was crunchy and I spit it out. I’m not lying when I say I never returned food back to the kitchen, but this time I did. I did not pay $10 for a burrito bowl just to have it be inedible. The employees then proceeded to give us (My dad and I) really rude attitude and looks. Like, it’s not our fault you ruined our steak? Then, while we were eating, a manager (she had black hair) was yelling at an employee. Incredibly rude and unprofessional people. I tried to be nice.

Ordered online. Arrived to find that they didn’t have Mexican coke; not a big deal. The cashier or manager’s attitude was though. I was brushed off and told to call a number on my receipt to get a refund while I’m standing at the register. The receipt I had didn’t have a legible order number on it, so I asked for the guy to print my receipt and not a word was said as he handed it to me.

Food was mediocre. Guacamole was barely mixed and very pithy tasting, cheese was powdery and dry, chicken was full of tendons and fat, pinto beans were pasty and looked like they were reheated from the night before, we went thru 3 bags of chips because they kept giving us stale, chewy chips. The people next to us went thru 3 bags as the people behind us went thru 4 bags. The girl working the line looked and acted like it was the biggest inconvenience for her to be making our food. A lady slipped and nearly fell on a spill on the floor, my daughter and another customer wiped the majority up with napkins, and my husband told the employees there was a spill someone slipped on. They never came out to mop it up, so my daughter finished getting the rest of it.

Went in today to try their new chicken pastor. I was immediately greeted at the front door with a sign that said “Outage”. This sign has been used quite frequently at this location. Went in and they were out of pretty much everything it takes to run this place, again something that happens quite frequently at this location. Ended up walking out. It’s crazy, you drive into Prescott location and they don’t have any of the issues this place does. I’m calling it poor management! Bring Rowe back as the manager, never seen these issues when she was in charge.

The service and quality of food has gone down over the last couple of months. There’s one employee in particular that doesn’t seem to have the time to actually listen to your order or even pay attention to your very specific online orders. Last night, they were out of chips and queso at 6:15pm for my online order because preference was being given to a catering order that was placed several hours before my online order. That’s fine, but if you knew several hours beforehand that you would be running low on chips and queso, maybe make more? I was told, while waiting for my order (10 minutes past my pickup time) that there was no chips & queso left…here’s a number you can call to complain. No offer to make it right or offer if anything in exchange. I’ll be driving all the way to the Prescott location from now on…even though I live in Dewey.
