This is the 2nd order I’ve made for pick-up thru the app & it only reiterated that portions on orders not placed in person are significantly less & not just at this specific location, but in general. The 1st time I ordered thru the app for pickup was a while ago and in a different city. The the portion sizes were noticeably less than any order I’d ever made in person. I later saw where other people were experiencing the same thing. Yesterday, against my better judgment, I decided to give them a 2nd chance & the portion size on my Steak Bowl was at best 2/3 full. Granted, I removed the rice, but ordered extra black beans, fajita veggies & romaine in its place. However, you’d never know it once I opened it. The food that did fill 2/3 of the bowl was really good. Disappointingly, there just wasn’t an order’s worth in it. For $14.90 ($11.90 total + $3.00 tip), I’ll be ordering in person from here on out.

This place is always out of food, always a big mess, hardly ever any decent customer service and always understaffed. Poor management, poor training, poor customer service. Speaking to a manager is worthless, they say sorry, hand you a free meal voucher to bring you back in all for you to have the same horrible experience. Wont be going back to this location until the management is re-trained or replaced and the entire staff is re-trained on keeping clean food prep/serving areas clean and food hot and ready and not always “sorry we’re all out”.

Chipotle tastes exactly the way I’ve always liked it, Chipotle’s own take on Mexican style flavors. I enjoy the food and continue to visit Chipotle locations, even though I don’t consider it authentic Mexican cuisine.
Unfortunately, this particular location is severely let down by its management. The manager is extremely rude and does not allow customers to choose their meals at a reasonable pace. She yells across the counter, rushes customers while they are still deciding, and creates an unnecessarily hostile environment. To make matters worse, she charged me for items I had not even added, simply assuming what I wanted instead of listening.
This type of behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the store. Management at this location clearly needs to be reviewed, as no customer should be treated this way while ordering food. You work for chipotle lady calm down.

Always out of the staples. Trash is always overflowing. Filthy. Out of ice. Usually out of napkins and other utensils. Lazy kids. Bad attitudes.very slow and unorganized. EDIT came back tonight to give you one more chance and wow. How you stay in business is beyond me. Out of sour cream. Out of forks. 3 employees standing in the corner doing nothing while the line stacks and one decent employee running the whole show. Still filthy. Still disgusting. Still out of items that no restaurant should be out of. I’m really curious to who owns and manages this. I’m calling the health department because I know there’s violations. I’d rather drive all the way to Prescott. I’m not some Karen who just complains. I NEVER leave reviews. That’s just how absolutely horrible this place is. I hope you get shut down.

All the employees are pretty cool and some of them are top notch, but whoever manages this place really needs to get guidance on how to train their staff. 9 out of 10 times the chips are soggy and stale, I’ve complained about it multiple times (very politely) and the response I get is “oh sorry we had a new guy cook them.” Most of the time they can’t roll a burrito either. They are constantly running out of items after a rush and can’t seem to have enough cash on hand to make change. again I don’t blame the employees because they are only going to be as good as they are trained to do… I love chipotle because it’s a pretty healthy place to get a good lunch, but whoever owns this place really needs to crack down on management and make sure their employees get trained better.

This place is wild. I had a lot of issues from the start but only one blew this entire thing up. When I went to order ( 11:30 am ) they had Rap music with vulgar music play in the back loud so you can here it out front along with the restaurant music which seemed pretty loud as well. Then only 1 person making your food and checking people out with a line of 6 individuals in line. She has and the other employees that are not help her just face jewelry all over the place making in look like some punk rock concert at Chipotle. So after waiting for a while for my food I finally get to have a seat and eat. My first bite contains a nice long black hair in it! So I walk up to the counter to complain and just stay standing there because the one girl is busy making food and checking people out. I see while im there NOBODY is wearing hair nets. So this is why I have hair in my food. I literally just left tossed my food and will not be returning. Hints the 1 star review.

Ordered two salads that had no lettuce, just a few sparse leafs of spinach. One salad was drowning in sour cream. Order a Large Chips & Large Guacamole and the Guac was brown and smelt off, definitely not fresh. Chicken was dry and some pieces were hard. What a disappointment.
