This place needs a lot of work. They constantly mess up orders and the last time I ordered there was hair in my burrito and they refused to refund me. This location does not meet the standards of the brand and in my opinion should be shut down and reopened once everyone is properly trained. Absolutely disgusted with this location. I would not recommend, and will continue to let the locals know how terrible the service is.

I’ve been coming to Chipotle for years but this was my first visit to the Payson location. I got a salad and the actual amount of lettuce was about one hand. It really wasn’t a salad at all. Next, the guy at the cash register was talking to another employee when I got to the register and he continued talking to her for about a minute and a half while I stood there. Had it gone on for another 30 seconds I prob would hv left. He addressed me as ‘boss’ which I know might be a ‘cool’ thing to say, but in this circumstance it was disrespectful. I’m not your boss and it’s not my preferred pronoun. Sir will do. Anyway, the food was good just not the salad I’d hoped for.

Very nice new location, however, the grills and vent system were not working so the only option for food was carnitas. Once the food was prepared, it was cold and did not taste good. There were plenty of staff within the location, however, they were all standing around talking to one another and not paying direct attention to the customers and it was a busy time of day. Being one of the more healthy options in Payson, the food and service could use attention. Otherwise, it was very clean and easy to get to.

The experience was absolutely horrible. The girl with blue hair was making my wife’s burrito and couldn’t get the burrito to wrap. She then started to give my wife attitude about completing the rest of the order because the amount of time it took her took wrap a burrito a line had formed. My wife wasn’t able to complete the rest of our order because she felt tension with that employee. To think how poorly the service was because the employee couldn’t wrap a burrito at a place that serves burritos.

Well the door says open at 10 they came and said 10:45 so I waited it’s now 11:20 almost and still not open….. not to mention less attitude would be nice as well as maybe coming out to let your costumers know why the place isn’t open yet and why they are having people wait outside.

Was very excited for this franchise to open in our town. Unsure if it’s the local work force but the quality of the food here is always horrible. They literally have the recipe for success and the execution just isn’t there. Super unfortunate.

Don’t order the tacos unless you have a bowl. It’s so watery that the whole taco rips into pieces. Fat waste of money.
