My co-worker and I decided to treat ourselves after work on Thurs. (3/5/26). I was happy to find Italian food at a price reasonable price and decided to order the Cacio e Pepe; my co-worker also ordered the same dish. I found the sauce VERY salty and was only able to eat about 1/3 of the portion. The pasta was cooked al dente and held up in the sauce well. However, since the food was basically inedible to me, I have to give a low score. BTW, my co-worker also found the sauce too salty, and did not finish their portion either. The service could have been better, I don’t think the person who took our order and served it up was very thrilled to be working, but she was alone and the order came fairly quickly. If I were to return here, I would ask to taste the sauce before ordering. The Food Hall was bustling and well lit, a lot of happy people made for a comfortable atmosphere. It was the first night that it was decently warm, so we ate outside and it was quite pleasant.

I placed an order via DoorDash from this restaurant. I ordered the Bolognese, which appeared on the site to be over a bed of broad noodles… My mom ordered the Pomodoro, which appeared on the site to be a noodle a little thicker than a spaghetti noodle. When the food arrived, we both received a corkscrew pasta which was WAY overcooked. The pasta was thick and clumped together and stuck to out teeth when chewing. It was such an awful experience!! It was as if this pasta was sitting on the stove for hours and they scraped the bottom of the pot and gave it to us. What’s even weirder is that my food also had some shredded beef in it as if they were trying to rid themselves of all of the food they had leftover and just dumped it into my order. SHAMEFUL!! I also got a few mushrooms in my order which I did not ask for. If a restaurant is about to close and they cannot fulfill an order correctly, this should be a phone call to the PAYING customer to see if they’d like something else or a refund. DON’T TAKE MY MONEY AND GIVE ME A BUNCH OF CRAP! I paid $50+ for that meal and could only eat the meat sauce. How disappointing that was. You all should be ASHAMED!! DO NOT EAT HERE!! (I have video, but unable to upload…)
Yes, you did provide me with a gift card, but what confidence do I have that the food would not be the same poor quality. I can understand switching out the pasta if you run out. I will NEVER understand giving a customer something that they didn’t order without letting them know FIRST!! As far as substituting the pasta, shouldn’t the quality still be up to par? My pasta was gummy, chewy and too thick to chew. It stuck to out teeth. Substituting food has nothing to do with poor quality, poorly cooked food.

The food was beyond AMAZING! Donnell was beyond patient while I made my choice. I decided on the bolognese and it did not disappoint! Flavorful sauce, full of meat and HOMEMADE noodles! Donnell’s customer service and smile are top notch too!!

To start, the cleanliness didn’t live up to the A rating that it has. Next, it took about 20 minutes for us to receive our food, there was only one other order in front of us. the worker didn’t seem to want to be there. The pomodoro and the fettuccine alfredo were underwhelming, both pastas were undercooked.

Wonderful service! This is easily one of my best experiences working with a caterer. We had a large work event with 40 people. They were accommodating to our needs and set up the lunch in little to no time. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. We look forward to working with them again. We’re happy to have been their first catered event!

Our family had a great experience at Fresco Veloce! Jody made us feel welcome while we were browsing food stands before he knew that we were customers. We ordered cacio e Pepe with burrata and sausage and it was delicious! The pasta was so fresh and cooked perfectly, the burrata was creamy, and the sausage added the perfect amount of flavor and texture to the dish. Even our 3 year old enjoyed it! We will definitely be back to try the other dishes.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this place was so disappointing that I felt I had to. I was really excited to get their bolognese but when I arrived they said they didn’t have it at all. That’s totally fine, I got the arrabbiata with fusilli pasta instead. However, what I got was the bucatini pasta, normally a mistake like that doesn’t bother me because it’s still pasta just a different shape, but the texture of the pasta was crumbly and not fresh. Additionally, the sauce was loaded up with so many red pepper flakes it was inedible. I’m just sad 🙁
