For the last few times we have come up to see our son in Boone we noticed that this drive through coffee shop is packed with cars.
On Friday, we saw the line was short and jumped on the opportunity.
Madison took our order and she was nice & in fact, the girl who handed us our coffee was also friendly and asked us what we were going to do the rest of the day. I did hop out of the car to take pics for this review & a short while later- I felt for my bracelet and it was gone. I hope they find it! I did leave them a message through their corporate office.
Looking forward to another coffee run soon!

I recently visited 7 brew, and I am beyond happy with the customer service. The workers are always so positive and energetic. I think the music playing is amazing, it seems like a fun environment! I usually get a peach banana mango smoothie.
I had one occasion that my drink was not to my satisfaction. When brought to their attention, they gave me a complimentary drink!
Personally speaking, the attention that the staff gives you and their effort to give you the best experience speaks a lot and makes me want to come back. Great job you guys!

There was a literal storm today and The owners serviced us themselves. Gave their staff the day off and we’re just the warmest couple you’ve ever met. You wouldn’t expect it on such a cold day, but would love to see the dedication and attention to customer service.

7Brew is always so great. Sometimes the drink is a little inconsistent, but the people are so so nice. Got the iced pumpkin roll and it was great. Would probably get half sweet next time, but seriously such a good flavor.

What an amazing place to go! We love the staff and when country music is playing. Never wait longer than three minutes, and have an awesome experience. Also, there is a girl there who always talks about Ford and I think she is amazing! Fords are totally the best, by the way.

All I can say is, Starbucks beware. I’m not really a coffee drinker but my wife got the Carmel Blondie with cold foam and I ended drinking half of and made her go back around to get myself a little something as well. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were patient with us even though they were busy and made sure we were happy with our order.
