Food, amazing, staff, helpful. But don’t expect to contact the store. Wanna make a phone order? Talk to AI, wanna make sure your loved one made it to work? Too bad talk to the phone tree. Just wanna call and ask what meat they have ( given you can’t search it ) too freaking bad. Talk to AI or no one at this store. And after I presonaly addressed management about this issue. They just said ” that the way it is”. So if you want good food, sure come here. If you want a place that respects you go somewhere else. I hold no personal affiliation with the restaurant. But just the idea that they would be okay with this is disgusting. Talk to AI and order a burrito. Just don’t count on ever talking to a real person. Be it for a burrito or welfare check

Went there a while ago. They had a promotion but they just made it valid for 1 member of my family and not each as it was stated in the promotion. Also 1st time I ever go to a Chipotle and when ordering my food I wasn’t informed of the extra costs they have they just ask “guacamole?” And never said that it was extra charge, neither things that were spicy. What it would’ve been a $20 dollars lunch was a $50+ lunch and didn’t realize until after I had payed. I talked to every costumer service (there at the restaurant, phone and email) and what they offered was a buy one get one offer which is ridiculous. I promise myself I would never eat at a Chipotle ever again as they have the worst customer service and food isn’t even that good. Disappointed and still angry that that company robbed us.

I love chipotle but this specific location has given me lots of issues. Every time I order the chicken I get the nastiest chewy pieces. I have seen chicken tendons still attached to the meat and not cut off. The meat is never cut fully either so it’s like a chunk of 5 “pieces” still together. I literally think it’s still stuck together because they can’t cut through it due to it being super chewy. It’s nasty. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt many times but this has got to be my 5th time ordering from this location and getting the chewiest chicken that I gag at eating. I’ve never had this problem at any other location just at the Rexburg one. I’m done trying to order from there.

When I eat at a restaurant I want to sit downorder from a menu i can hold, and be waited on. I don’t want to sit in uncomfortable chairs, wait in line look up at a menu far away on thre wall, have people behind me in line get impatient while I select a menu item, and serve myself. Ill continue to eat at Gringos. There the food is great, a great menu, all the time I need to pick my meal at a nice comfortable seat, table and atmosphere.

Ordered a salad pickup through the app. And this is it. There’s about 10 pieces of lettuce. I’m not generally picky and don’t generally leave reviews. But this is basically a burrito without a tortilla. It’s definitely not a salad. Which is fine I suppose, if that’s what someone wants. But when I order a salad as an entree I do expect it to have some actual salad

I enjoy going to chipotle and getting the burritos. The staff are friendly, kind, and efficient in serving their customers. They’re formative when things are running low or are out the great you on the way in. And thank you for your patronage on the way out..
Dining area and the bathrooms are clean and tidy. The dining area is a little noisy, but you can still hear each other and talk and have a conversation. It is kid friendly. There are dietary options and it is wheelchair accessible.

Everyone is so excited about this place, but c’mon, they are simply not good burritos, not flavorful. Sure their big, but my goodness not THAT good. The kids meal is literally rice and beans… And a tortilla with cheddar cheese between. That’s it. No seating. Terrible for kids.

It’s opening day and people are happy, good food and quick service. For a limited time they have the brisket burrito! Don’t want to miss this. It’s going go quick. Apple Maps is a bit confused on exact location of this Chipotles. But great food good price. Perfect date night opportunity, family friendly, handicap accessible. This place is always busy. Thanks for the good food!
