This location was super busy, I felt they needed more workers to maange the croud. Food and quality was good. Service was little slow as normally on most places they have 2 to 3 persons and counter but when I was there only 1 person was managing the end to end order.

I couldn’t believe they ran out of lettuce and vegetables at 5pm on a Friday it was sickening atmosphere it was so dirty, there was food everywhere every table every square foot of the floor had food and trash was full to the brim and had a large pile of trash on top of the designated tray area, furthermore there are about 5-10 workers that aren’t doing anything at all, seems like it’s a management problem, if the manger was good enough they would have someone wipe the tables sweep and dispose of trash, instead of talking in the kitchen area being paid hourly. I don’t know what’s up with this place lately, maybe it was just going to happen maybe no one cares anymore but every time I come through it’s disorganized and chaotic. Either the to go counter doesn’t understand or care about sequencing or there’s no dedicated cashier and one person working orders for a line that runs from the counter to the door. And then there’s the lack of hairnets and beard guards, watch out for hair. Today is a new low with a bunch of training materials scattered across two tables and a bench complete with two untouched bags of Chick-fil-A.

Whoever has been making the bowls this past month I hope you get all green lights on your way home. They have been so perfect, perfect portions, perfect look. The place is always chaotic and busy assuming because it’s the ONLY one in the area so if you go dine in leave it better than you found it. The people working have always been super helpful and quick with getting my order done. Just use the app. 10/10.

This location has gone downhill bad!! It’s always new faces who aren’t happy and can’t even cook & serve easy to make food. Let alone roll a burrito in the shape of a burrito. It’s always dirty, and y’all are out of stuff, or the sodas aren’t working. It’s to the point I’m almost done even trying to give this place a chance. Free birds rarely has issues like this, and if they do they fix it.

This is the first time I’ve visited this location to dine in. Having ordered here twice before the food is pretty good and filling. Pros of this restaurant is that the only female server that was behind the counter serving me was patient. But the other guy’s around were not welcoming. Cons- the line was long and the men working were off-putting didn’t greet. There wasn’t much clean seating. The floor was dirty, and the one girl they had cleaning the dining area did a quick but very poor job. Seeing as there was a line to the door and trash on tables or a mess on the floor, the seating inside was kind of sparce. 3 to 4 employees were sitting down and taking a table to the right of the seating area. Considering it was pretty cold that day, I was taken aback by this. Especially that there was a woman with a baby who sat outside as an option. I didn’t think this was cool. When finally getting my food and politely explaining to the manager running the cashier this was my first time there. He didn’t offer guidance at all. But the employee next to him offered help and gave me direction that I couldn’t go to the right of the large wooden structure. But would instead have to completely turn around and walk through the line of people I had already stood next to. It was uncomfortable pushing through people and being rushed by people who made it very obvious they didn’t want to be there or care. The food was enjoyable. Chips were extremely salty. But the aqua fresas were nice take on the classic version. Having 2 to 4 diff choices. I don’t know if there is a restroom. But there’s about 35 seats inside and some outside. Really hope to come back and have a better experience next time, than this sterile one.

Long line, just 1 lady serving to all, she did great to help customers , not enough help . Cashier probably was new or on training, not trays , not basket for the burritos, didn’t listen right to charge us right. The trash can was full . (Probably not Enough hrs to get more employees or not the right employees at the time)

To start server was very happy. Her attitude was very bad .. she clearly needed a break. The food looked good. But when I got home with it. It did not taste like it looked. I will not be visiting anytime soon.
