The Hispanic ladies that work here terrible attitudes. They roll their eyes at people & look at people like they’re stupid. The food is mediocre at best & so not worth $20 for a kids meal & 2 tacos. My mom asked for a lil Queso blanco on her food & instead they gave her a cup of it & charged $3.

My daughter and I went here about two years ago. I really enjoyed it I love Chipotle the flavor of the food and the mixture of the ingredients are really good. They are affordable for what you get. You get a lot for your money. I may very well have been my daughter’s first time so that’s why I think I took her .Me and my daughter enjoyed it and I just wanted to spend time with her at the time so we got out of the house and we went down near the mall and chipotle was right on the same premises.

I usually don’t come to this location but it was the closest one I had today, and to be honest I’ll never come back the attitude the lady was giving is not customer service, she was so rude from the get go, I named the bowl I wanted and gave out the exact name as I saw it online and she still gave me wrong thing, never coming back. Worst service ever.

The worker who served me had an attitude by me just asking a simple question which was “Do emergency personnel get discounts?” I only asked because I’m a federal officer as well as emergency personnel. She could have said “No ma’am ” but instead she gave me an attitude and didn’t let me ask her another question because she interrupted me by asking “Are you paying with card? It seemed to me that she was trying to get me out the store asap and it didn’t feel welcoming. The hostess name was Jessica(5’8, roughly 180 lbs, black woman with short locs). Everytime I come here she she seems as if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed and just hates life. Not once have I seen her have positive interactions with customers. I used to work in customer service and I know the frustrations behind it. However I always gave customers a nice and friendly interaction to the point where my customers became friends with me on social media. There’s no excuse for her behavior, she shouldn’t be treating customers like that.

Attention management, training your employees should be a priority, I don’t appreciate having one of your employees teaching another one how to fold a burrito with my food, even with gloves this guy was touching the rice, beans and the meat rearranging the mess he was doing on the counter while learning. And it took him a few tries, before he “folded” in a way he could finally wrap it with the aluminum foil. The whole process looked disturbing to say the least. I payed for it, but this one is going straight into the dumpster.

Wrong customer service. I went in last night to order food for 4-5 people. The lady working the food line was very RUDE rushing me to order my food. I asked her could she please stop rushing and give me a second to explain what I wanted. She became upset and stopped making our food. Arianna stepped in and I informed her that I no longer wanted the food because the attitudes from the both of them was HORRIBLE also the steak was super dry and burnt! I asked Arianna to speak with a manger and she replied “I am the manager.” There’s no way she’s a manager with the attitude like that and arguing with a customer? That’s not acceptable. I went to the cash register and asked the guy working the cash register for a different manager and when will they be working. He replied “I don’t know, I don’t know the schedule.” As someone working here you should know when a manager will be available. I asked for his name and he refused to give me his name that’s when Arianna stepped in again and began to argue with me again because I wanted the CASHIER name. I called to make a complaint today and NOTHING. This is the worst!

I love Chipotle, and this location is no exception! The staff is pleasant and efficient at getting customers through the line! Per usual, I still think they charge too much for guac and queso. At the end of the day, it’s a convenient and better alternative to other fast food, which I appreciate!

The food is good as the chain but they have the Worst customer service. I know it’s only one scoop of meat pet order, but my and my wife’s orders came with only half scoop each, since most of the meat fell of the spoon. We complained and the attend pretended she didn’t hear me. I was completely ignored.
