Came in and ordered, dined in, and ate. Four days later I noticed I was doubled charged for my meal. I was no longer in the area as being in the military we travel. I called and spoke to the manager. She instructed me I needed to physically come in and show her my double charge on my bank statement. I let her know I wasn’t on post anymore. She could care less. Rude, dismissive, and in no way helpful. She didn’t even offer to allow me to email the statement over to her. Basically just said I’m sorry if you can’t come in your SOL. In the end, it wasn’t worth the hassle. I called my bank and was refunded in 15 min vs having to deal with a manager that was annoyed for having to deal with a issue related to the store she manages.

When we got to the counter, there was only one guy working and having to restock by himself while you could overhear others in the back jacking around and chattering away. There was someone else in front of us also waiting on their food as well. I give props to the kid by himself he kept his cool and made the orders even though he didn’t ring us up my husband said he needs a raise.

Great place to go for American style Mexican food, they basically have the same kind of food as QDOBA. I’ve had both and in my opinion you can’t really go wrong with either. That being said this is a really good Chipotle. I tend to go with bowls and they’ve been delicious. It’s usually around 10 dollars for a meal so it’s not bad. The service here is good even when they get busy. It doesn’t take long to go through the line when it’s packed. Since this is an on post restaurant and it’s inside the main PX it gets packed easily especially during the weekday at lunch. I’d avoid it during those hours if you’re in a rush. They have a decent amount of seating inside and outside with a laid back atmosphere. I’d recommend it if you want some Mexican styled food on post.

Professional workers, good food, love the burrito bowls and the different combination choices to make your food personal to you. Problem…..if you expect to order online to have your food ready when you get there to pick it up…..forget about it. You will get your food faster if you just come in and order it. This seems to be an issue at both locations. Easy 5 stats if this issue is fixed
