I got a plant based bowl with sofritas, pinto beans, brown rice, red salsa, quacemole, corn salsa and Romaine lettuce.
I ordered a very similar bowl over at the Chipotle in harker heights. However the bowl i had at this location tasted a little fresher. The sofritas were flavorful and not dry while the brown rice was cooked very well. Overall I really enjoyed this meal.
I also really appreciated the workers who were very nice and patient with me.

I’ve visited this establishment a few times now, and each time they’ve been out of several items. Most recently, I ordered a salad and asked for dressing. The employee told me she’d grab some in a moment since none were up front. When I got to the register, I asked again—only to be told they were actually out of dressing altogether. It would have been helpful to know that before ordering a salad, especially since dressing is a standard part of the meal. I will make the drive to cove from here on out.

They don’t trim the fat off the meat. After picking the fat off at home there is little to no meat. I also find it interesting whomever the “owner” is clearly doesn’t care about customer feedback because they just want you to notify Chipotle which I did. 😉

Lots of Food choices at the EXCHANGE on Post.

Was Craving Chipotle over the other choices.

Food was good, but they were out of 3 items at around 2:45 pm.

I waited about a minute to get my Bowl, while employees gabbed (it wasn’t business).

Lots of Dirty tables and it took a bit of looking around to find an acceptable Table/Seat.

The Trash can was overflowing.

Self Service area was a bit messy with lots spilled beverage making it hard to put your food down and grab something.

I ate about half my food and it was fine.

They just need to talk less, work more, clean more, and manage Inventory better. So they don’t run out of Food Options.

Whoever is running this EXCHANGE Complex and Approves these Vendors,
better start making rounds, and ensuring the standards are being met, for our SOLDIERS!

As an Uber Eats driver, I’ve picked up from dozens of restaurants, and I can confidently say this Chipotle is one of the worst-run locations I’ve ever dealt with. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. I literally waited 30 minutes for 2 burritos as I watched them prepare at least 20 for people arriving in the store long after I did. And still never even started the order knowing I had been waiting. Even though the customers who order online have already paid for their orders, they are left waiting until the lines in the store are taking care of first.

Drivers are left standing around with zero communication, while employees move at a snail’s pace and ignore the growing line of frustrated drivers. I’ve had customers messaging me upset about the delays, but there’s nothing I can do because this store simply cannot get its act together.

This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s unprofessional and reflects terribly on the Chipotle brand. If they can’t handle online and delivery orders, they shouldn’t accept them. Customers deserve their food on time, and drivers shouldn’t be wasting their time, money, and gas waiting endlessly for something that should have been ready ages ago.

If you value your time—whether you’re ordering delivery or working hard to deliver it—avoid this location at all costs.

Professional workers, good food, love the burrito bowls and the different combination choices to make your food personal to you. Problem…..if you expect to order online to have your food ready when you get there to pick it up…..forget about it. You will get your food faster if you just come in and order it. This seems to be an issue at both locations. Easy 5 stats if this issue is fixed

Terrible customer service. This is the 2nd time I have an awful experience at this location. First time I let it slide & now I come back, & it’s a terrible experience again with the same 2 young ladies. First time I was trying their carnitas cause I never had it before and they didn’t have chicken available, before I got the chance to say if I wanted it or not, she splattered it on my
Bowl and rushed me over. Then today I asked for chips & queso, they only had large size chips & she literally filled the cup about 75% (but of course charged me full size for it) & when I nicely asked if she could fill it; she responds with attitude & tells me she’ll have to charge me for another one. As a paying customer, you should get what you pay for. Done coming to this one. Avoid it.

I have been to this chipotle on Fort Cavazos twice now. The first time I ordered a chicken burrito, but for some reason they charged me for “double meat” when I did NOT ask for it.

The second time was 6 Jan 2025 and I asked for a regular cheese quesadilla and the worker said “I can’t do that. You want a kids quesadilla?” I said “no I’d like a regular quesadilla.” After being told no again, confused while I couldn’t have a regular quesadilla, I ordered two taco sized quesadillas. They also did not charge me for the correct items! I never asked for veggies.

Horrible customer service. If you hate your job that bad, get a new job! I will never be going there again.
