I placed an order for dinner this evening for my family and paid around $80, only to have my bowl be half-filled, hardly any meat, & loaded with nothing but lettuce & beans! I ordered the beef barbacoa bowl with veggies. To make matters worse, they forgot the sides for my kids quesadillas. I also paid extra $$ for extra rice & guacamole which I didn’t receive either. When I went back, they only gave me tiny cups of the sides &claimed there weren’t any bigger cups. Poor service, very disappointed & will not be coming back!

I was surprised when I saw the bad reviews but I can only give my honest opinion. Went in for lunch on Wednesday. Our service was great. the young man that put together our food was kind and courteous. I got a burrito and it was good. In fact, all our food was good! The location still has plywood on some of the windows from the tornado but the inside of the restaurant was clean and well kept. I had a good experience.

This little kid has the nerve to not greet us at the door with a hello! but a “we’re not open ” he yelled!!!! Like if you don’t like your job I’m sorry ! We were excited to try the new Chipotle off of Adams and unfortunately Carlos his name ruined our experience and was happy to tell me leave a review after he new I was unhappy! I wouldn’t waste your time going to west Adams Chipotle they have nothing but privilege little kids working there and God bless their hearts. You have to feel sorry sometimes for bad parenting.

I absolutely love Chipotle. This place doesn’t even qualify as one. Absolutely terrible. Ive gone three times now and it’s like they are missing a ton of their key menu ingredients each time. Like this last time they were out of cheese, sour cream, Guacamole, and steak. I don’t know if the supply is really that messed up or if the manager is just incompetent at ensuring the employees are preparing food in a timely manner but either way it has happened enough at this location it is a trend. They also don’t have the courtesy to let you know when you walk in the door that they are out of a bunch of things so you could wait in line for several minutes only to find out when you get to the front of the line that you won’t be able to order what you wanted. I’ve never seen this from any other Chipotle, just this one. Will not be going back to this location again.

I’ve been to this location several times and there’s almost always an issue with the food or service. For how expensive Chipotle is now, it’s frustrating. The steak is often bad or they barely give any, and portions in general are very skimpy. I even got a burrito recently that was wrapped so tightly it was basically a ball. Service is rushed with no greeting, just “bowl or burrito.” Overall, the quality and portions don’t match the price.

This place is freaking gross. They wont let you order quesadillas because “its the system” but when you try to order an item on the menu the staff doesnt even know their own menu. Ive attached a pic of their spinach. Barf.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews. However, this place is unsanitary and filthy. 715 pm – There aren’t many cars in the parking lot. There are 3 teens at a table around the corner. There are 3 employees taking a meal break. Otherwise the restaurant is empty. Every table is filthy. The floors are dirty. One bathroom is out of order. The food was cold as if the meat had been sitting out all day. The sides and condiments had been cross contaminated. They are out of tortillas for tacos, fajita veggies and lettuce. The sour cream is melted. The kitchen looked just as filthy as the dining room. The drink area is absolutely disgusting. One agua Fresca is completely empty. Do better Chipotle. Someone is going to get incredibly sick eating here. I cannot believe the health department hasn’t shut them down yet.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I should’ve read the reviews first. The manager needs to be fired and someone with proper leadership needs to step in. The other employees were actually trying to work while the manager was clearly just attacking the employees. We were in the drive though and came at the exact time we were told the food would be ready. They told us they were working on the order (no big deal). Then 5 minutes passed (we were on our lunch), then 10 minutes and finally at close to 20 minutes later (without another word spoken since the greeting) we finally got our thrown together food. The young girl behind the counter looked like she was about to cry or quit and she should. While we were waiting the now extremely long line, cars were giving us dirty looks and going around us to park and go in but we only had 3 items! Not a single car that parked and angrily walked in, came out. We were starving by that point and just wanted to quickly get back and eat. When I opened the bag everything was smashed and liquid all over. My burrito looked like it had been eaten! When I cut into it, liquid went everywhere and I was too repulsed to eat the burrito. I tried the quesadilla that we were saving for our son and it was disgusting! My husbands bowl was also watery and meat so over cooked. Despite the disgusting food, I was truly disgusted with the worthless manager and treatment of the staff. It speaks volumes of her character and work ethic or lack there of. Clearly she is lacking time management or just has no care for customers time.
