My 10yo and I walked in to order burritos, and was told that they were only making orders placed on the app because their credit card reader wasn’t working. I asked if they would take cash. The response: “No. You have to order on the app!” Never had that kind of nonsense in a restaurant before. No options given. No sympathy or understanding of my frustration expressed. Perhaps I should have asked to speak with the manager. However, I feared getting the same response from the person in charge. Did this worker really think that requiring me to download an app, set up an account, enter my credit card information, probably wait for a confirmation email, and then place an order for a burrito was a reasonable thing to ask, or demand, of a customer standing in front of them?
During lunch break no less.
It had been over a year since I last ate at a Chipotle because my last experience at a different location was also a bad one. Not sure I’m ever going to give Chipotle another chance. Definitely not this location.

Came here tonight to get a quick meal in. No greetings from the employees, seems like they wanted to close an hour early! Everything seemed fine until I noticed there seemed to be no chicken in my chicken salad. Hmm, interesting. I approached the not so busy assembly line to ask for my chicken. I may have mentioned that I didn’t received my chicken, unless I’m actually blind not trying to be rude. The girl who made my bowl rudely states she put chicken in my salad. I was confused why she would lie, did she not want to simply give me a scoop of chicken? Oh well, I ate my chicken less chicken salad, and a good review. Small portions by the way. This was after 4 bites of leaves.

Very rarely do I want to leave a 1 star review however this location was the least bit helpful whenever it came to fixing an order. I had exhausted all of my resources with their help chat, the phone numbers, and their site kept crashing and when I called to ask for a manager to help cancel the order, she gave me their employee help number that required a store number and employee ID. What am I supposed to do with that? It’s a shame Chipotle cannot provide sufficient resources to their employees and reliable help for customers to help with issues.

Never fails when I come to this location I leave mad. They are incompetent and rude. Saturday night at 7 pm they were out of salad dressing. Told me to wait 5 min while it’s made. I wait. After 7-8 minutes they ask the manager who was supposedly making it and she hadn’t even started. She then said it would take 10 minutes and acted like it was really going to put her out to do her job. It’s always something with this location.

I’ve never had a bad meal from here. The employees are very friendly as well. I always go to this location, never have been disappointed and always have a consistently good experience. I also appreciate that it is clean

I’m the 6’4 indian guy that comes into your store all the time. This is the second time you brokies shorted me on double meat portions. Not to mention all of your black employees give me attitude for no reason except the recent male hire. 3 strikes you’re out. Next time you short me I will cause a scene, I have been very patient with you guys.
Update 11/21:
The pictures after the first one are from the NRH store which I have recently found located by Mid Cities BLVD. They will serve you your money’s worth. These are not even double portions, they just have better standards. I’m all for competitive wages but if you are going to up the price of a product I expect my money’s worth.

The portion sizes here are way too small and the manager lady here charges you way too much. It was 50 dollars for me and 2 friends to eat here. That is way too much for chipotle and they gave us barely any food. One of the workers was picking her nose while serving me. And the manager dropped an F bomb very unprofessional.

Updated (2/9/2024 8PM): Another less-than-impressive visit to this location in Southlake. While one employee was making my food, another employee was cleaning the steam table with a soapy, sloppy brillo pad right beside her and splashing water everywhere, including into the pans of beans. Both employees seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually paying attention to customers. I think I’m done patronizing this location.
Visited this store tonight and was unimpressed when I asked for a “side” of rice, to go along with my burrito. I received a 4oz condiment cup worth of rice which cost me $1.10. When I asked if I could get the larger paper container (perhaps 8-10oz?) of rice, I was told that the rice could only be sold in this small container. So, I took my thimbleful of rice and went on my way. I should have gone next door to the Asian place and picked up a reasonable side of rice. The burrito was good, however.

This Chipotle is a joke! Is there a food rationing I am not aware of? Folks in concentration camps would be pissed off with these portions that only a parrot could survive on. Are they using chopsticks to fill your bowl or burrito? One thing this chipotle is good at is consistency with paltry, diet sized portions. If this place wasn’t so close to my house I would never come back. I wonder if they get bonuses for shorting patrons? Either that or the cook in the back gets salty to work when someone from the front yells “more carnitas”. I don’t know but I am definitely getting robbed every time I order from here. Today was the tipping point at which I had to come out of the basement and share my experience as my bowl was a punchline joke at Sebastian Maniscalco’s next gig. Ordered online, opened the lid:

food is great, but the only thing is when i placed an order through the app for delivery, my dasher got there and said the staff said my order was already taken(stolen) by someone else and they wouldn’t remake it, so my dasher had to cancel it and i wouldn’t get my money back for 3-5 business days, maybe there’s some way to verify it’s someone’s order before letting just anyone come up and grab it cause i was out quite a bit of money , still love this place but that was pretty inconvenient and there should be ways around that is all
