Let me start with this: I have NO issue paying extra, when I ask for an extra serving. I’m aware I get charged for double meat, when I ask for double. I went in this last Thursday evening and some younger kid was so incredibly skimpy with the servings for 50% of the things I asked for. I asked for a full scoop of chicken and steak. He probably gave me, and I’m not exaggerating, 5-7 pieces of steak. Why am I paying extra? Not the first time it’s happened at this specific location. My recommendation…. Just drive to the Mansfield chipotle a few minutes down the road.

Ordered “delivery”…which is code word for doordash. Driver got there on time, food was not ready. Food was not ready 30 minutes later. 45 minutes after food was supposed to be AT the office she was finally able to leave. It was fine when it got there but I will NEVER use them again for an important function. (Also, cannot order drinks or desserts online when doing delivery….minimal inconvenience compared to people having to BUY THEIR OWN LUNCH because the food was late).

This bowl looks sad only half way full no double meat as requested, paid barely any meat as it is and no plastic fork. Busy Friday only 4 employees working line out the door moving slow waited over 30 minutes asked if I could get free chips for the crazy wait, girl that looks like a toad said not my problem…

Yet another Chipotle review by me. First let me say that I love the flavor of the food, HOWEVER it seems like every time I come to Chipotle I get less and less meat yet the prices keep going up. This location is no different. I go to Chipotle much less than I used to because of this reason. Rarely do I get a heaping spoon full of meat at any location. My steak was a slightly rounded almost flat spoon full of steak. They know what they are doing too because I notice the steak in the square pan instead of the rectangular pan for some time now. This causes a lot of steak to roll off. Anyway, $13 and change for a lettuce steak bowl with just over an ounce of meat is rediculous! I really feel like taking my food home and weighing the meat next time. That said, I wish they did weigh the meat like some restaurants do. A serving of meat should be a heaping spoon full (maybe 2.5oz cooked)and double meat should be DOUBLE meat not a level spoon full. Furthermore, it seems like cute girls automatically get double meat without asking for it. (That’s another post of mine some years ago) It also seems like they are no longer giving out cut up limes and lemons. I like lime juice on my meal and lemon in my water. I guess I’ll have to go to Chipotle even less going forward? Lastly, I have found all kinds of Chipotle copy cat recipes on YouTube. I think it’s time to make my own meat, cilantro rice, pinto beans and freeze portions. They have a awesome Guac recipe I’ve already tried. Don’t think Guac will freeze too well. Happy cooking!

Accidentally ordered from this location and wish I hadn’t. I have to agree with most of the other reviews. I ordered a chicken salad with veggies & guac. Did not receive neither veggies or guac, even tho I paid extra. No utensils or napkins given with my order… Then they added steak to my bowl??? I don’t eat steak How am I supposed to have a salad with no greens?? Then they don’t even tell you they’re out of items you ordered, just give you the order knowing you paid extra for the items. Plus I thought we’re paying $11+ for a full bowl, not half or three-quarters. What a joke. Won’t be returning.

I remember this location was a pleasure to come to. But ever since the staff has become younger. Management doesn’t care how this place is presented to the public. Restrooms are always trashed. I don’t normally write bad reviews but I’m very disappointed as a long standing customer. Think I might spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
