Every time I go they never have what I want and when they do it’s usually been sitting there for hours. Very unclean area to handle food and horrible service. Chipotle to the rescue again! I had just visited two other restaurants for dinner and walked away due to lack of service and dingy atmosphere.
I was helped right away. The chicken soft tacos with the spicy red salsa are super delicious.

This location is absolutely filthy. Came at 7pm on a Sunday and it was dead. There were at least 4 employees there. Every single table was dirty, floor was covered in food and garbage literally every step of the way.

What is wrong with chipotle I’m walking into this store at 930 and they say they’re out of half there food and they don’t even close till 11:00. What is going on are y’all stupid? people are not going to come to your store. I went to two chipotles in McKinney and the both Had food all over the counter and half the food was put up. they sucked 6 months ago too like I would’ve thought the people that worked there had gotten fired. You gave me hardly any rice, no pinto beans, no cheese, hardly any black beans, all of the lettuce in the field and burnt day old chips.
Safe to say this is not the first time and I’ll probably not come back.

Stopped here for lunch one afternoon on a Saturday…. waited in line for about 10 minutes just for them to say that they didn’t have any white rice…. the lady taking my order said white rice would be another 10 minutes and I was willing to wait. When I went to pay for my meals the lady at the register said the white rice wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes. It was a busy day and the line was long so I don’t see why they wouldn’t have rice lined up … but anyway…. just a bit of a disappointment really. The tables weren’t clean…. had to kind of do everything yourself.
Definitely need more staffing or training. Facility needs to be cleaned periodically as well…. no one wants to eat in a dirty setting.

Terrible service. The manager was either too lazy or inept to make any more pico de gallo 2 hours before they closed, and didn’t have the courtesy to come over and talk to me about it. The server gave me half a portion of chicken on my bowl then coped an attitude when I asked her for the rest.

Although the food is good, the lack of amount you get for the price is ridiculous. We usually order through the app and pick up. Constantly there is not enough to fill the bowl. I had like 6 pieces of lettuce in my bowl. My husband had a hard time even finding the meat in his bowl. Consistently they try to skimp on the portions to make it stretch out for more people so they don’t have to make as much food. Lazy workers.
