I have been going to taco bell for a long time now and I never had any complaints until today. I tried to order a chicken burrito in the drive thru but it didn’t go as planned. I forgot the name of the order and asked the employee to help me hut they got really mad and started to yell at me for not knowing what I want. Ik it’s my fault to not remember the name of the order but isn’t it the employee’s job to help a customer? They gave me something else and when I tried to tell them I didn’t wanted this but something else they said you have to pay for it. Everyone in there was trying to make fun of me idk if it’s because I am asian or not but they were super nice with other people. I don’t recommend anyone to go to this specific location to get some Taco Bell!!

Taco Bell food is pretty good no matter the location. The kiosks though, they offer to help you order with the kiosk so just take my order. Took me way longer to order than it should have. I was told I couldn’t get a paper receipt, I replied “awesome” and then I was offered a paper receipt. I’ll just stop going if I have to take my own order. Is it a petty gripe? Absolutely. I’m just not fond of using kiosks.

Taco Bell Nile’s Ohio COUNT YOUR DAYS!!! Your food is trash, ordered 20 dollars worth and opened the burritos up and 1/10th of the normal meat it was basically just meat drippings smeared and a dot of sour cream the burrito is bare, then your beans are so dried out basically now a hard paste for the bean burrito, it was so dry and hard I couldn’t eat and nice try with taking your phone off the hook trick to avoid calls. It’s frustrating how bad service has come, can’t we go back to good service and fast food like it’s meant to be “fast” If you continue at the pace you are now I look for you to close down in next 5 years or less. Shouldn’t take an hour to get through your drive through line.

Went to this location on 11/1 and waited in the drive thru line for close to 15 minutes before I got to the speaker to place my order. When I went to order I was told to wait and proceeded to wait another 5 minutes. It appeared that the window was only doing 1-2 cars at a time and that’s why the line was so backed up. Finally made my order and pulled up and waited on the food. When my daughter and I got home, my daughter’s food was missing from the bag. As usual with this location, what I pay for is not what I get. All that time waiting and she didn’t get a chance to eat cause her food was missing. Order accuracy would do this location wonders so that the right food is in the bag and people get what they pay for. This is probably the worst location in my area and i will not go back to this location anymore cause it’s basically the same thing every time. Something is missing. The E Market and Elm rd locations are far better than this location.

We travel All throughout the U.S. Baja California and Niles Ohio are our bases. Stopping at a Taco Bell in Texas, Arizona,New Mexico, Colorado and Even Kansas – You’d Get Very similar food, in taste and presentation.
Unfortunately, we discovered that in Ohio a lot of the food SUCKS! Restaurant’s and the quality of the fruits are vegetables sold in grocery stores in are horrible.
I ordered the Burrito Supreme and my wife ordered the Beef Mexican Pizza – The Flour tortilla on the burrito wasn’t fully cooked, The Mex pizza was devoid of beef. One bite and we returned them.
The Manager was Very Nice and promptly returned our money.
The store is clean, well lit and comfortable.
Note to Executive management: Please emulate the food on the West Coast. Your customers will really appreciate you.

Not sure on price etc. My sister did a taco bell run Tuesday September 9,2025. 730 pm-8 pm. She went inside because drive thru was too long. (Not a complaint). They were only 3 workers there. They did an awesome job. I haven’t had taco bell for years. For being busy especially the tacos were perfect. Usually would get 2 3 strands of cheese…these were delicious. Keep up the good work. Thanks for the I’ll be back…

Got to this taco bell at 6:40 waited for an order that was mobile sat there for 20 minutes of no acknowledgement while plenty of staff were behind desk some on their cell phones wasn’t until 7:14 someone asked could they help me and still then the order that been placed long ago was still not ready horrible!!! Had I came thru the drive thru it would have been a less wait it is ridiculous & poor customer service and urgency worst taco bell I ever been to thats ridiculous

Ordered at kisok, waited for 10 minutes to find out since I & the other people at the counter were being ignored our orders wasn’t even in the system. That plus the extremely vulgar language & conversations coming from the kitchen. Left & went down the street to Burger King.

Would put 0 if possible the lady with black hair that gave us our food had such a nasty attitude I worried she would spit in our food went as gave us attitude when I asked for our cups for our drinks she said what size like she was yelling children. Ordered a dragon fruit freeze and she yelled at us asking about that. Our food looked like it was made by apes there was more wrapper than food I had maybe a sprinkle of lettuce on my soft taco the food we got tasted like it was ancient like made when my great grandma was around they ignored everybody and I can definitely tell you this location is not disabled or illiterate friendly because when someone needed help the cashier’s ignored them
