I’m not sure if the restaurant should be evaluated at 2 stars, but today’s experience certainly was.
The server was rude and sarcastic, snipping at us whenever we asked a question she thought we should already know the answer to. The food itself was mediocre, not fantastic but passible. And sadly, their food is way overpriced for its quality.
It seems like Bandana’s is on a downward trajectory, and I hate that. I used to love this chain, but every visit in the last couple of years has been lackluster. I hope they can get their act together.

I tried the restaurant for the first time, and I ordered the dinner platter with turkey, green beans, and a baked potato (which I love that you can get as a side dish). The service was fantastic, and our waiter was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. My dining partner for the evening placed an order for a dinner platter consisting of two types of meat, pulled pork, burnt ends, and a double portion of green beans. Not a bad BBQ joint overall.

Hadn’t eaten there for a long time because I didn’t really think I liked it as well as some of the other BbQ plces im town. But the food was really good and the service was good.I was pleased. I would recommend the ribs.

The ribs were good but I’ve tasted better before here. The french fries were finely cooked, but bland, no flavor at all. Everything else was great, especially the attentive server.

I brought my kids here for dinner tonight and we had Tuesday as our server. I don’t know how this lady still has a job, unless Bandanas doesn’t care about customer service and their customers being treated with respect. My 5 year old squeezed out his own BBQ sauce for his chicken and the sauce dripped down the side of the bottle. Tuesday asked him “why did you do that” in a demeaning way and then walked away and said “k.” My child sat there so embarrassed and me stewing. Don’t talk to my kids like that. He’s 5. Spill happen. When she came back next she told my kids that “Bandanas doesn’t have time for whining” because my 7 year old was upset about something she had no idea about. As we were sitting there eating, we hear Tuesday yelling “they are working on it!” “Yeah they’re still working on it!” Literally raising her voice and being SO rude to a customer of Asian descent who didn’t speak a lot of English. The whole restaurant was looking at her. How can you treat someone like that and think you’re in the right? The customer was trying to show Tuesday her phone and that she had a pick up order and Tuesday treated her like that in front of everyone. Absolutely awful customer service. We will not be back.

First time diner. Only ordered the BBQ Chx Nachos minus Jalepenos (11.99). They were good and filling but would order something else to get more variety of flavors. Sauces salty, all good. I had a hard time finding a favorite. Service efficient.

What an amazing Bandana’s Bar-B-Q best brisket this side of Kentucky. I would highly recommend this location for not only the awesome food but the fantastic servers. They make you feel like family and will keep you coming back for more.
