I go to this location frequently. You know that it’s a good location when they pour on the meat! The other locations should take note I get a carne asada burrito every time, white rice, peppers, and all of the fixings! Tastes great every time! Thanks!

They took absolutely forever my order was pre place therefore it should’ve been made before hand, the employees seemed very irritated, customer service needs a lot of work. I personally wouldn’t order here not for pick up at least, they skimp A LOT on the food (see pictures) it’s wasn’t very clean inside, I ordered a taco with beans and carnitas I got, the other soft shell taco I received had three LITTLE pieces of meat in it, my bag of chips has as many chips as a tiny value bag from the gas station, my chipotle adobo ranch has 1/4th sauce in there ! SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO 72nd & DODGE!!!

We have very clean and healthy diets, so we ordered two bowls with a few customizations. The most notable of which was “light rice” on one and “no rice ” on the other. As you know, most chains market white rice as a healthy option – even though the glycemic impact is very substantial.
When we got home, we noticed all of the customizations were not followed. Both bowls had a massive amount of white rice, I would say 50% of the bowls were rice. They were also very short on protein, and the other requests were not completed. I wound up eating about 30% of the bowl and throwing the rest in the trash can. My wife spent 5 minutes separating the rice from the beans and then throwing the rice in the trash can, along with a cup and half of excessive lettuce. The really bad part is that I paid $50 for that horrible meal.
I WOULD AVOID THIS LOCATION AND CHIPOLTE IN GENERAL. CHIPLOTE’S FOOD QUALITY AND EXECUTION HAVE DETERIORATED SIGNIFICANTLY, BUT PRICES KEEP RISING! THAT IS A BAD COMBINATION.

Its so frustrating that the online ordering employees play with peoples food. Ive ordered online from this location for year since my high-school friend had worked there. The food and service used to be great but recently its horrible. Why is it when i do EVERYTIME my bowl has more sour cream than other ingredients, when i noticed this i did lite sour cream AND there was none there. Why is there no in between ? Its crazy that charge 15 dollars for a chicken bowl and give you more sour cream than anything. It ruins the whole meal even with salsa ontop to TRY to save it. It is so ridiculous and needs to be addressed. Get a smaller spoon for the sour cream or a squeeze bottle because your current system is trash. Your online order maker should know correct serving sized and follow them. As you see in the photo it is SWIMMING, the best part is every time i try to mix/get a diff bite theres MORE sour cream. Crazy and so annoying

No meat in our food. Both I and my girlfriend were eating it and noticed we weren’t getting any bites of chicken. For the amount people pay to have our food delivered because they can’t get there at the moment. We would appreciate getting the correct portions. Only got 3 dollars back when the main ingredient is missing. That’s like sending someone a burger no patty. Never using the app again.

Im compelled to write this, my first ever review, while im sitting here waiting on an order placed 45 minutes ago. My gf ordered hers online. They have made 10 (and counting) orders while I sit and wait on hers. Ive worked in food for years, and never seen such an uncomunicative kitchen

I was pretty disappointed with this Chipotle after working at several locations. The young man making mine and my friend’s food took a long time making it down the line. My portions were all over the place…asked for extra rice and got hardly any but when I asked for easy sour cream, he suddenly decided to start using full portions. My lid was covered in sour cream, so much so that I had to ask for a new one before putting it in the bag. Management watched their employee look clueless and did not step in at any point to help him, which was frustrating to see. You won’t keep employees by training them by fire, and your line workers need some serious help.

Avoid the Chipotlane at the location next to TopGolf. Placed order, was told order ready by 6:40. Arrived 6:37 to a line around the building…assumed it wouldn’t take long as everyone would be there to pickup. By the time we done away with our order it was 7:23. Lady who handed us order was rude, no apology or explanation for the wait whatsoever. Will not go back to that location based on this experience.
