This is the worst burger king I’ve ever been to.there is no care in the food the serve and the customer service and manager LIZETH IS Very unprofessional and unfriendly. I ordered food thru drive thru for my kids and when I got home the nuggets were like cold old bricks!! I then called and told them about it and they offered to replace it but I had to pack up my 3 kids to get there and when I got there the manager LIZETH looked at me and ignored the complaint I wanted to express and said the food was being cooked i then informed her I had 3 babies in the car and would wait outside in my car.after waiting so long I went back in the restaurant to see that the food had just been sitting there and she tells me its ready!!! Didn’t have the moral decency to bring my food out to the car after I told her I had kids in the car!! I am trying to report her to corporate but it seems like its too complicated to do that!! But I am going to do everything i can to make sure this matter is addressed

Burger King has really declined for me. Been thinking this for years but decided to give it another try. Very disappointed, the Burger was child sized I guess bc I ordered it from their value menu. Rodeo burger did not taste good at all. Honestly got a stomach ache 10 mins after eating I will not be eating at Burger King any longer. Not sure why it feels like the quality has drastically declined but the prices have increased. Not for me any longer…

Drive through staff was nice.
Price for what you get at Burger King, is a joke. Ordered an original chicken sandwich, a spicy chicken sandwich, and a joke medium fry.
If what I got was medium, I’m afraid to see the small. Two sandwiches and a fry for just under $16? The chicken is just thicker than a piece of paper, and slightly overcooked. Around here, I’ll stick with In N Out and Habit burger.

We ordered on doordash. Food came 10min early, which was awesome. The predicted time would have been 30min and that still worked great for us, at home with 2 toddlers makes things take longer than usual. We are also doing a promo with doordash for free delivery for a month and $5 off, so this was perfect for us.

I used to come to this location once a week. But what deterred me was a couple years ago. My brother ordered iced coffee and the worker put so much Ice and a little coffee I had to step in and ask why is there little coffee in this large cup and the worker argued with me like it’s suppose to be ice with coffee instead of coffee with ice. TL;DR: This place has good food and friendly staff. 90% chance you won’t run into any issues eating here.
I’ve been eating here at least once a week for 5.5 years now. Never had a major issue. Had one issue with the staff accidentally duplicating an item on my receipt and overcharging me, which was easily resolved.
The dining area is typically well maintained and sanitized. The biggest issue I’ve run into was the ketchup being out.
The food is usually out very quickly, less than a 5 minute wait on most days, some days I order and can’t even sit down before my food is ready and it’s still hot and tastes good.
Prices keep going up on everything. This is due to the corporation (BK) using new dynamic pricing menus. This is not the fault of this specific establishment. Some of my favorite items have increased in price from 2.19 to 2.79. It’s not something I’m going to lose sleep over.
They usually close the lobby early at 9pm despite their sign saying 10pm. As long as you’re here between opening (6am) and 8:45pm, you’re fine to eat in the dining area, otherwise – use the drive thru.
They have denied me ice cream before (1 time) after 11 pm. Most fast food establishments do this as well. It appears to be common practice.

Two year ago, I liked to get the breakfast sausage meal early morning. Furthermore, if you could find a coupon, you could get it $4 + tax.
In February 2022, I bought two Big Kings $6 on the BK app, as it was advertising a comeback. To my surprise, it was much smaller than I had before, see the current picture. The wrap paper stated Bacon King. I asked one Burger King employee and wondered if he gave me the wrong item, “why is it so small?” and he did not say anything.

I usually come here for the whopper. It’s a huge burger with all the normal toppings. I ordered through the app and walked in to pickup my order since the driver thru is always long. I also enjoy the fries since they are perfectly cooked and the right size cut.

The manager is extremely rude! I asked for a fresh chicken sandwich meal. As I approach the window another car is ahead of me, they pass the drink and they pulled off. I pay and they pass me my food. Now wait a minute, I said FRESH. That take 4 minutes. So, I immediately ask for the manager, she said it’s fresh “I just made me” I repeated to her I asked for it fresh out the grease back at the window(twice) and I was wiling to pull over and wait for it. At this point, I told her I don’t want it, I want my money back. She rolled her eyes at me, asked for my receipt, snatched it out my hand and slammed the drive threw window. OK. Great customer service!! Someone needs a bit more customer service training, especially if BK slogan is “Have it your way” How Rude!! This is the third time they pulled the sneaky shit… I use to work THERE (at that location), trust me when I say, customize or ask for it to be made fresh… I’m done, ya’ll lost me!

The manager Pardee is rude. They tried to pull a fast one on me. I asked for fresh food, it wasn’t. Making it now doesn’t make it fresh, I said out the grease fresh. They passed my food to me in less than a minute. I said I no longer want it. She asked for my receipt, rolled her eyes and slammed the drive threw window in my face. Wow! Excellent customer service!!
