My daughter and I got ourselves each a bowl with chicken as our protein choice. I don’t know if Chipotle changed their recipe but that chicken was so spicy neither one of us could finish another bite. I hated having to waste food but when it’s so spicy that you’re entire mouth is going numb from how spicy it was obviously you won’t be able to finish it. Chipotle’s chicken used to not be this way because it was the least spicy out of all their choices for protein.

Quality of the food here has generally been good in my experience. Good serving sizes and quality. Level of service has been hit or miss. Sometimes very friendly and helpful, other times pretty rude and dismissive. The interior has been clean and well maintained on our visits.

Today is the 2nd time in a row that my protein bowl barely has any rice in it. I’ve been placing orders here since they opened and this is the 2nd time it comes with no rice and the bowl seems half empty. Take out orders almost never come with utensils in it as well

Don’t order online. I ordered a double protein bowl and got a double vegetable bowl. My bowl only had a few pieces of chicken. Literally! Whoever was working today 01/02/2026 around 6 pm you’re stingy.

Very Clean, Great Staff. I live off 29th and Wanamaker and could travel here and back home and have my food quicker than the other location closer to my home. Excellent job guys!

I went 2 hours before closing and they were out of everything. Only had chicken for meat and barely put any in my bowl. Out of cheese, lettuce, all salsa besides hot.

Compared to every Chipotle that I’ve been to in past few months in KC metro, this location and staff blow them all out of the water!
Both ladies running the line were amazing friendly and actually smiling. Haven’t seen that in awhile at one.
The colossal amount of food in this burrito that was able to fit in just 1 tortilla and have nothing coming out is incredible. Young lady took time to mix ingredients before rolling even.
I would highly recommend this store to those loving or passing through the area.

Would give the food a 4, but today I found a hair in my food. I did call, and they did say they could remake the food. But I had to decline. The guy who took my phone call took my number and said the manager would call me back. It’s been a couple of hours, and still no call. Was a bit bummed out because I enjoy the food. Only one star for me. I know the hair is not mine because I have thick black hair.
Today, I went back after the last post only to find a hair after I had got done making my burrito. It was stuck to the bowl. Told my husband to take it back in, and a worker did see the hair and remade our order. One of the workers said you are the only ones who complain about hair in your food. Does no one else check their food? Now, looking back, I wish we had just got our money back instead of having the food remade. Had high hopes this time only to he let down with hair in our food again.

Ordered a SALAD. Got about $0.50 of rice with a tiny amount of black beans, pico and corn salsa on top. Not a single leaf of lettuce. Very disappointed. But they sent salad dressing (for whatever reason)?
