I would give them 10 stars if it would let me! Absolutely amazing food with great service! We used Rolling J’s for my husband’s birthday celebration and everyone raved about the food! The customer service was fantastic and they made catering the event easier than ever expected.

I had an amazing experience with Rolling J’s Food Truck! The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and you could tell it was made with care. Truck is currently at Polo Glen Apartment complex in Rockledge. I love burgers, and thought I’d give the Smash Burger a try.
I didn’t expect what I got. First of all, the owner and his friend were very pleasant. We were greeted with big smiles and some small talk before ordering.
We didn’t even wait 10 minutes before our food was ready.
We walked back to our apartment, opened up our food containers and were pleasantly surprised by the Mahi Mahi Tacos my wife ordered. When I opened my container, there was a burger and fries. Just what I ordered. I thought the burger was a bit small, despite having two patties, but I was ready for dinner and figured it with the fries would fill me up.
For a small burger, it packs a punch. In fact, this was one of the GREATEST burgers I have ever had.
Seasoned to perfection.
Flavorful.
Mouth watering.
EPIC.
If I wasn’t full now and if my wife wasn’t there to tell me no, I would happily pay for another!
I’m not kidding.
I left a review on Yelp about my disdain for the last burger I ate at Grillz on US 1. I should go back with a Rolling J Smash Burger and serve it to their “chef.” I won’t need to; I’m sold and happy to promote this business and the experience I had.
Thanks for doing it right, Rolling J’s, and for doing it so SO well.

We just ordered the street corn brisket tacos and they were tasty! I usually take a photo of the food before the review but they were too good to pause before they were gone. The person taking our food order was friendly and the food was fast and fresh. The fries that came with it were hot and fried to perfection.
