The pineapple coleslaw was sour. The rest of the food was good. My girlfriend and was having a great meal tell the wife and kids came in. We had to leave in the middle of are meal. The kids was screaming and yelling and running all around well the owners stood there eating pizza and doing nothing. Now I see why at 6pm on a Sunday there parking lot is empty. Kids running around a kitchen as a cook I feel sad to have eating there. Cps should go there… no we not going back now.

10 years I have driven by and new knew it was here. Brisket waffle, pineapple slaw, and brisket are all superb super moist . Lost a star for no corn bread though! I’ll be back again for sure.

Restoration barbecue was a delicious little stop off on our way out of Rutland headed back home to Maine. The ladies behind the counter were very kind, welcomed my wife and I in, and got our order out quickly.

Wow! Absolutely wonderful BBQ! I ordered my food online and although I was supposed to pick it up at 11:30, the staff was more than happy to allow me to pick my order up at 11:00! The food is outstanding, and I will ABSOLUTELY return!

Absolutely the best BBQ around. Even with no teeth I eat this stuff weekly and absolutely enjoy every savory bite. Restoration Barbeque is made with love and nothing but the best meats and seasonings. This pastrami brisket and homemade creamy Cabot mac n cheese was just to die for!!

Excellent BBQ. The turkey sandwich is the best I have ever had. The trash plate is amazing and the banana pudding is excellent. You can’t go wrong eating here.

We stopped in and got the super trooper sandwiches and pretzel bites. The girl working the counter left this kid all alone to run it who seemed very overwhelmed. Had we not gone up to grab our drinks and see that he was not preparing any of the special order sandwiches correctly we would have left with our food and not been happy. The sandwiches were not excited great and the pretzel.bites got missed and he said it would be another 8 mins or he could give us something else so we decided on some brisket and that was fresh and amazing. Unfortunatley for the amount of money we spent we were not happy. After eating almost 100 dollars of food between the 4 of us we left hungry. Menu said beer cheese dip but that’s not what we got and the cheese sauce was very chunky. We drove from hinesburg to try you and would not come back again unfortunately.

Showed up a little bit after lunch time with a friend. Was immediately served warm food on a still wet and cold bun. The service time on the sandwiches was great. The rest of the meal was ordered, so was a drink and we sat down. We finished the not so amazingly dry sandwiches on legit cold&damp buns. They were clearly frozen and not very close to done thawing out. The brisket was reheated or kept ‘warm’ for way to long and was not great. Before we left we asked about the rest of our order which, we were told would be right out. We were all done. The staff delt with 2 other groups of folks and we asked about the rest of the food we were waiting for. They 2 seconds. Heated up the sausages real quick and let us go. I’m sorry if I irk anyone, I had high hopes, as did my fellow diner. Will try again some day and update if possible.
