We used to go here a lot. This visit, my food was perfect (pulled pork) and my daughter didn’t like the chicken part of her meal. So she requested some bites from mine, which she loved. She ordered the pulled pork from another location a couple of days later and she didn’t like theirs. One thing we’ve noticed is that the recipes don’t seem to be followed consistently at the Hanley road location and now, at other locations too. It is so hit and miss. We actually both had a bad experience of this nature close to a year ago and quit buying from them. It used to be our go to place for food due to incredible taste and consistency. But we noticed a change and we were so turned off by the flavor and quality of food, that we decided to stop going altogether. I hope they will train their staff better to follow the recipe 100% so they can keep the customers they do have. With so many restaurants shutting down, I am really rooting for Chipotle.

This place is very dirty. The customer service was terrible, borderline rude. My steak burrito was probably the worst I’ve ever had from a Chipotle. It’s not that they didn’t have enough employees, most of them were doing nothing, some of them were standing outside smoking cigarettes. When they were done with their cigarettes, they went inside back to work without washing hands. Which was personally observed by myself. Not a great location. It is clear that the management at this location is far below subpar.

I am all for being patient but the crazy part about this review is that I placed this order when I was at the gym working out so that by the time I got done it would be ready. I timed it perfectly too. The pick-up time for my order was 1:40pm I didn’t receive my food until 1:50pm. I could’ve order on the inside if that was the case.

This restaurant does not believe in customer service. I limited some of my portions and still got a humongous bill. Expensive and not worth it. Go to a real Mexican restaurant and enjoy their food if you are going to have to pay this kind of money. They made me pay for every crumb. One server made sure they did not miss charging me for every item. Even though I limited my portions. $45 For two burritos outrageous!

This place is gross and loud. The employees seem like they are having a good time working together, but will have an entire conversation for several minutes with only one customer waiting with not a care in the world. I had to come here two days in a row and the same pile of spilled food was by the same table from the day before. They slide your food across a clearly cross-contaminated counter top and don’t seem to have a clue why that would be a problem. I tried dining in because I was in a hurry for quick food, but the literal screaming to carry on a conversation was so jarring even outside that I eventually just left and ate in my car.

I’ve never posted a review before, but seeing all these negative ones has me shocked. I parked and got take out and, unlike literally ever other fast food restaurant I’ve been to in the area, they had 8+ employees, cooking/cleaning/serving dine-in customers. I was in-and-out in minutes. Perhaps this was a fluke, or maybe they’ve made changes in the past months, but my experience probably couldn’t have been better.

Staff was nice, but chicken bowl made me sick!!! Person w/ veggie bowl didn’t get sick. Playing process of elimination, maybe it was from the chicken, corn salsa, and /or the mild tomato salsa. I visited on July 9th early evening. Have anyone else gotten sick from that day?

I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews. I almost didn’t go because of them but I went this evening (after being out of the country for several years) and this is the best customer service experience I’ve had since being back. It was clean, well lit, stocked, with the KINDEST employee’s. I don’t normally review fast food restaurants but I really feel like they deserved it. If I had cash on them I would have tipped. I was in and out with hot food in minutes. Thank you guys – can’t wait to come back

No disrespect but they must get these employees straight off the short bus. The store is dirty, they “ran out” of numerous items, and it couldn’t have taken longer. I’m sure I could have killed a chicken, farmed the vegetables, and assembled my bowl by the time I got to the front of the line. This place is a disgrace.
