I have had several quesadillas from chipotle, but never have I opened a container that looked like the pulled it out of the trash to find a crumpled up ball that looks like they wadded it up and threw it at the wall. The food also had large chunks of crumpled tin foil embedded in the cheese.

I love Chipotle!! This Chipotle, I HATE! It’s disgusting half the time, they never answer the phone, the lack of customer service is insane. They are forever under inventory or too lazy to make simple things like guacamole and salad dressing. The employee turnover rate is terrible. And this isn’t based on a one time experience, they just constantly suck!

Wow food is terrible. Everything was bland. It’s been years since I’ve been here but it used to be good. Don’t walk in here expecting flavor. The salsa was even bland the chips were over cooked and dry no lime juice or salt in site. Forgot to add that the chicken was full of fat and chewy and had to spit out numerous pieces. It was also a double order of chicken except it was the same amount as a single order.. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve been to in a long while. When we started our order, we informed the person starting the order that EVERY unoccupied table was dirty ,hoping she would send someone to the finish g area to wipe tables and maybe empty the overflowing garbage cans). When we paid, the tables were still dirty – we had to wipe one of ourselves. Furthermore, as the place emptied out, and by the time we finished our bowls, no one had been out to clean yet or empty garbage. There were 5 people on the line and several times they were just standing there, no customers. Food was okay, but steak was chewy. Also, the first person did not speak clearly enough for my husband to understand what she was asking.

There was a DIME in the side of guac I got. I’m glad I was paying attention to the guac before potentially swallowing and chocking on a coin that had absolutely no business being in guac. I only noticed it when I tried stirring my guac and happened to see it. Absolutely disgusted.

Never have I been to a Chipotle that when they are portioning out your protein they took a scoop only put half on the burrito and put the other half back in the container claimed it was portion control. I lost my appetite and left the burrito did not purchase it because of the amount of protein and for the lack of customer service they provided.

Never have I ever been told I will be charged for a little bit of extra rice. There was barely any rice in the bowl I got. All I wanted was a normal portion of rice and I got a half scoop and then the older blonde lady with glasses gave me attitude and told me she will charge me for a little bit of extra rice. Everyone else was okay but she does not belong in that position if she treats all of the customers with dirty looks and attitude.
