I really like the food in this place , the people who work here are very kind and friendly . I recommend them 100% for dinners with your partner, family and friends! For me, the best thing I’ve tried is the bowl of white rice, black beans, steak, white cheese ando picadillo! Wowww is fire . In addition of that I think isn’t really expensive ! ✌

Very disappointing experience. I found hair in my food which is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of hygiene. On top of that, the service was very bad. The staff were rude and didn’t seem to care about customer concerns.

I have tried reaching out to them through their feedback form, but no one has responded. Do not order the guacamole here unless you want guacamole that looks like it has gone bad. This guacamole did not sit out at my house or in my fridge for days. This is what it looked like right out of the bag when we brought it home right away from the restaurant.

I came in today during lunch hour to get something for two people. To my surprise there was a long long line. I even thought of just turning around but to my surprise the way they have their set up to serve people I really believe other fast food restaurants should copy chipotle. If I was there 5 minutes I was there too long. I even told the girls at the cash registers “I wish McDonalds would move this fast” CHIPOTLE THANK YOU for this type of expeditious service, btw I do love your food

Food was all over the floors. Every single table and floor. Hot sauces and utensils near the drink area weren’t restocked. Cashier was rude and disrespectful. She called me “hun” and yelled at my daughter disrespectfully. Food was great but service and atmosphere were not.

Order was incomplete, none of the food was good but most unsatisfying was the “steak” keto salad. It had no steak, very little greens and cheese and very little guacamole. Basically it was greens drenched in hot sauce. Not happy at all with this location. Definitely will be going to the Riverside location from now on.
