Since when did Taco Bell go to only kiosks ordering? They don’t even have the menu turned on so you can order from the front counter. And trying to get attention if the staff is nearly impossible.

My step son went in to get a replacement order for his already messed up order. He stood ignored at the counter for 10-15 mins. I went in to get someone’s attention. When I asked if anyone was working the counter the guy walked away, mumbled something and then said we only have 3 people working. A lady came to the counter to see what we needed… We are still waiting for his replacement food. It has been 30 minutes or more. There are about a dozen people standing around waiting for their food too. They need to staff this location or close it. I only give 1 star because I had to leave something to give a review.

I have no complaints about the food or service. That was great and fast!
However, I do not think they believe in heat for the customers.
It was colder inside the lobby than it was outside (it was 17° outside)
Needless to say it was very cold and because of that our good was cold before we could finish it.

The staff was great!!! My friend and I came through from Illinois to hit a dispensary and we were high as hell when we stopped at this taco bell. But the store manager I think that’s what she was anyway, had us laughing and having fun she was so much fun. Next time we hit the dispensary we might stop here just to see her LOL

Attention corporate. Bad, even for a Taco Bell. I could barely pick up the tacos and burritos, they were falling apart. Said something to the manager, and she insisted it was normal for the items to be half wrapped and falling apart. I’m already eating at a Taco Bell. Allow me a shred of dignity while I do it. I get that working at a Taco Bell is probably horrible, but they could probably at least not prepare the items like they’re shoving leaves in a trash bag.

No cashier available must use a dirty screen on the kiosk to order asked for assistance nobody offered, I finally did myself after a few attempts, I will never go back to this taco bell on Franklin St in Michigan City ind, after being forced to order food on a kiosk, and not thru a cashier.
