It has lots of the sports channels.
Coming from outside, the inside decor and atmosphere seems dark.
Free parking outside.
Nice looking inside.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant in my life. We were seated after 10 minutes, hardly anyone was sitting down so there were plenty of open seats. Our waitress checked on us only 4 times including delivering food and the check. It took 40 minutes for any food to come out after we ordered, the rest of my tables food came but mine didnt. I waited patiently, and it took another 40 minutes to bring me my food. I had to ask them to go check on it, and when they did finally bring it out, it was cold and the sauce became congealed. It was absolutely disgusting to look at, and I cant believe they tried to serve me that. No one once checked on it between when I got my food and when my party’s food was brought out, it was just sitting under the heat lamps. All I got from our waitress was a sorry and “we’ll take it off the bill”.

I took my business to wingstop immediately after. They had my food out to me within 10 minutes of ordering and it was actually hot and their service was much more personable. I will not return to Buffalo Wild Wings in the future under any circumstances.

I called earlier at 2pm for a reservation. I was told they dont take reservations anymore.
Fast forward to 630 for a party of 7. We’re seated at 640. Our server gets there within minutes to take drink and appetizer orders. Great!
Appetizers arrive 655. We eat and are ready for food and drink refills.
Our server ignores us for the rest of the stay. Avoiding eye contact and going the opposite way to not see us. Calling out to her was pretty useless too because apparently she went deaf.
730, no food or drinks.
745, no food or drinks.
830, short blue braided server arrived with the food. Threw the trays. They slammed in front of my daughter in law and my daughter. She walks away and comes with the rest of the food. She slams the rest down again. Clearly shes used to doing this.
food arrives cold, stale, and overcooked. Every wing, fry, and onion ring was burnt and cold. Our order was taken wrong. A chicken tender dipper was ordered and instead a cheese steak was delivered and on the side was 2 overcooked tenders. We tell the manager. She tells us she’ll fix it and comp the sandwich that wasnt ordered and that she’ll fix the rest of the food. We say we’re tired of waiting and are unwilling to wait another hour for food again. She comps us the incorrect meal and adds 20% off.
We all eat cold stale food. Boneless wings were solid as rocks.
850, my son raises his voice and waves down our server to at least get us a refill. She doesnt take any soda orders and instead comes with water. Its something I guess.
9pm get the bill. Everything is full price and nothing is fixed. We argue. They take it away and bring it back with nothing removed and a 20% off. Doesn’t make sense to charge us for something we didnt order and try to cover it witha 20% off. We argue again. They remove the lowest priced item. We argue again. They remove the wrong item again.
930 fed up I pay the latest bill to just get out.

A nice family celebration turned into a terrible dinner. Absolutely awful staff collaboration. Horrible service. The last time we ever come to this location. If you want a nice fast meal with fast refills, then avoid this location. Its just not worth it. Go to a different location. The extra distance is worth it.

This was a special place for my partner and I as 5 years ago, this is where we went for our first date. When we came in, there were dirty tables everywhere. There were two servers and we stood there about 10 minutes without anyone saying a word to us. Right about the 10 minute mark, the manager, blond, in a hoodie, came out slowly just looking around with no sense of customer service. She came to the podium and said, “give us about 5 minutes” like we hadn’t been standing there for 10 already. We almost left at this point. She slowly walked over to a table and clearly didn’t want to clear the table, but very slowly partially cleaned it and then disappeared into the back for some time. When she came out, she didn’t finish the table she had started, she walked to another table and partially cleaned that. Then she walked to a table that she had someone else clean and started wiping that down and left it very wet and tried it seat us there. How is she a manager? We really tried to stick through it because this was a special night for us. We ordered onion rings that were only partially cooked. Our server, Danny, was amazing and did everything he could to make it right. They brought out another batch of onion rings and it was a little better, but borderline undercooked. I really want to leave at this point. Our wings come, in a timely manner, but they were halfway sauced. I took pictures because I couldn’t believe it. About 4 of the wings had no sauce at all. That was the last straw.

During our visit, we experienced a few issues with our order. However, Samantha and Bianca provided excellent customer service throughout the situation. They communicated clearly, remained attentive, and made sure everything was resolved quickly and professionally. Their positive attitude and willingness to help made a big difference, and we appreciated how they handled everything with care. Great teamwork and customer service!

Shopping in the Centennial area and stopped for dinner. We are a family of 5 and we were seated instantly. Very busy, mostly take out orders. Food was fresh and very good, it did take a while to come out. To be fair they looked to be running short staffed, but props to our server for her hustle! Order came just like we ordered, additional wait on some boneless wings but it was only 10 minutes or so. Plenty of TV screens with multiple sports going on. Even being short staffed it was good food and pleasant experience. Worth checking out!

The service was extremely slow. When we first came in, we were greeted right away and seated immediately since the restaurant wasn’t busy. I see that about five or six tables were occupied, including ours, along with a few people at the bar. I counted around five to seven waiters and a manager working, yet it took a long time for our server to take our order, bring refills, deliver the missing wing sauces, and serve our main meals after the appetizers. Each step took about 20 to 25 minutes, and we spent a total of about two hours in the restaurant…

One of my friend’s wings was undercooked, and he ended up throwing up in the bathroom and got sick after eating it. My meal was good, and my friend said everything else was fine except the wings. However, every time we needed something—like my missing wing sauce—it took over 20 minutes for the waiter to return. By the time I got the sauce, my wings were cold. It was also difficult to get our server’s attention for drink refills, and even after mentioning the issue, it still took over 20 minutes to receive them.

This was on a Saturday around noon with only six tables occupied, each with three or four people, and plenty of staff. Overall, the service was unreasonably slow.

Came at 2pm for their veteran offer for my husband. Not crazy busy, many open tables but had a 20 minute wait. Got seated and waited 25 minutes before they even came to the table. Didn’t bother to order anything else as didn’t have the time to wait more. Other tables appeared to have attentive waiters, so we did not luck out.

I’ve never been treated so indifferently as a customer where people wanted tips because the claim is the restaurant can’t pay them a living wage.
I was at the BWW #0180 at 150 E Centennial Parkway on 09/27/2025 and left at 1:34PM. It took at least 10 minutes for anyone to come acknowledge I was there (I sat at the bar and it looked like a manager was trying to do something with paper at the register directly in front of me) to ask if I wanted anything.
The bartender Julia finally came back from somewhere and asked if I wanted anything. I ordered a drink which she brought in about 5 minutes and then said would be back to take my order for food. I should’ve kept her there and ordered (I knew what I wanted) because it took her 20 minutes to come back to ask what I wanted.
If the place was busy I wouldn’t be that upset but it was dead and that should’ve been my first clue to leave. I know in the bar area there were about 5 of us. As for the main dining area there were maybe 10 people. The place wasn’t busy and with service like I received I could see why. If talking to other employees while standing around the bar was what people were paid to do, then the people working that day would rate as 5-stars.
For me by myself to spend $50 for okay food and horrible service I’m going to pass. I’d rather go to Yard House, Chilies, or Appblebees where they acknowledge I’m a person.
