Coming from outside, the inside decor and atmosphere seems dark.
Free parking outside.
Nice looking inside.
I took my business to wingstop immediately after. They had my food out to me within 10 minutes of ordering and it was actually hot and their service was much more personable. I will not return to Buffalo Wild Wings in the future under any circumstances.
Fast forward to 630 for a party of 7. We’re seated at 640. Our server gets there within minutes to take drink and appetizer orders. Great!
Appetizers arrive 655. We eat and are ready for food and drink refills.
Our server ignores us for the rest of the stay. Avoiding eye contact and going the opposite way to not see us. Calling out to her was pretty useless too because apparently she went deaf.
730, no food or drinks.
745, no food or drinks.
830, short blue braided server arrived with the food. Threw the trays. They slammed in front of my daughter in law and my daughter. She walks away and comes with the rest of the food. She slams the rest down again. Clearly shes used to doing this.
food arrives cold, stale, and overcooked. Every wing, fry, and onion ring was burnt and cold. Our order was taken wrong. A chicken tender dipper was ordered and instead a cheese steak was delivered and on the side was 2 overcooked tenders. We tell the manager. She tells us she’ll fix it and comp the sandwich that wasnt ordered and that she’ll fix the rest of the food. We say we’re tired of waiting and are unwilling to wait another hour for food again. She comps us the incorrect meal and adds 20% off.
We all eat cold stale food. Boneless wings were solid as rocks.
850, my son raises his voice and waves down our server to at least get us a refill. She doesnt take any soda orders and instead comes with water. Its something I guess.
9pm get the bill. Everything is full price and nothing is fixed. We argue. They take it away and bring it back with nothing removed and a 20% off. Doesn’t make sense to charge us for something we didnt order and try to cover it witha 20% off. We argue again. They remove the lowest priced item. We argue again. They remove the wrong item again.
930 fed up I pay the latest bill to just get out.
A nice family celebration turned into a terrible dinner. Absolutely awful staff collaboration. Horrible service. The last time we ever come to this location. If you want a nice fast meal with fast refills, then avoid this location. Its just not worth it. Go to a different location. The extra distance is worth it.
One of my friend’s wings was undercooked, and he ended up throwing up in the bathroom and got sick after eating it. My meal was good, and my friend said everything else was fine except the wings. However, every time we needed something—like my missing wing sauce—it took over 20 minutes for the waiter to return. By the time I got the sauce, my wings were cold. It was also difficult to get our server’s attention for drink refills, and even after mentioning the issue, it still took over 20 minutes to receive them.
This was on a Saturday around noon with only six tables occupied, each with three or four people, and plenty of staff. Overall, the service was unreasonably slow.
I was at the BWW #0180 at 150 E Centennial Parkway on 09/27/2025 and left at 1:34PM. It took at least 10 minutes for anyone to come acknowledge I was there (I sat at the bar and it looked like a manager was trying to do something with paper at the register directly in front of me) to ask if I wanted anything.
The bartender Julia finally came back from somewhere and asked if I wanted anything. I ordered a drink which she brought in about 5 minutes and then said would be back to take my order for food. I should’ve kept her there and ordered (I knew what I wanted) because it took her 20 minutes to come back to ask what I wanted.
If the place was busy I wouldn’t be that upset but it was dead and that should’ve been my first clue to leave. I know in the bar area there were about 5 of us. As for the main dining area there were maybe 10 people. The place wasn’t busy and with service like I received I could see why. If talking to other employees while standing around the bar was what people were paid to do, then the people working that day would rate as 5-stars.
For me by myself to spend $50 for okay food and horrible service I’m going to pass. I’d rather go to Yard House, Chilies, or Appblebees where they acknowledge I’m a person.
