Review written 09/06/2025. Used a free entree and they wouldn’t let me use free drink as well even though I know Chipotle policy is to accept both.

Also you have to ask for a code for the bathroom, and the code they give you is different than the one they print out on the receipt which is too much inconsistency and inconvenience to deal with when needing to use the restroom

I wish i could give this place 0 stars. I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 20+ years and seen this chipotle go downhill these past couple years. The customer service is non-existent. The food is decent (at best) and portions are never consistent. Even with the same people, portions are never on par. The older puerto rican lady may have the worst attitude i seen on anyone working at chipotle. She never rolls a burrito properly regardless of size and doesn’t seem to care or try to re-roll it. Very careless. The other employees don’t even bother to give you a better experience either. The dining area is mostly always dirty, whether it’s tables or floor. Don’t bother coming here thinking you’ll get a classic chipotle experience. Go somewhere else

My burrito was so comically small that I had to share. Seriously? it’s not even bigger than the queso container. half of it was tortilla folded and wrapped inside of the burrito. $12 btw. Just order from another location.

Not very clean. Tables were not clean, sticky, & it was hard to find a place to dine. I felt a little hopeful when I seen a lock to the restrooms. Unfortunately, I’ve seen night clubs I’d rather go to then the ones at this location.

The staff was extremely friendly, quick, & so helpful. Our food was delicious, fresh, & hit the spot!

i’ve had multiple negative interactions with an older worker here. she’s consistently rude and dismissive when i order customizations—sighing, shaking her head, giving annoyed looks—like she’s irritated by simple requests. this happens every time i come in. it’s unprofessional and makes me uncomfortable ordering here. would appreciate better training on treating customers with respect.

First of all everyone in there lazy as hell how you guys open up at 10:45 and you’re not ready to make orders? Anyways, it’s crazy how I asked for a Sofrito’s bowl and the main thing wasn’t even in the bowl. It’s just a mess with a bunch of veggies a whole entrée of sour cream actually. I don’t understand why you guys can’t follow a order on a piece of paper. It’s really not that difficult. You’re wasting my time and other peoples time and money as well. Cause once you mess up my order I’m not gonna come back to get it fixed and people don’t have time for that Anyways I hope you take this feedback and work on your crew members and have people that are active and ready to work. My order was also supposed to be ready at 11:10 AM and once I got there it wasn’t ready. I was still waiting.

Well last night I ordered a steak burrito and my first bite I took and then my second bite it was a piece of fat in my teeth. So I pulled it out and said to myself let me open the food up and eat it with a folk. I saw nothing but raw meat how disgusting and It looked like dog food.

My order is grossly incorrect!! The contents of the two Veggie Bowls ordered were cold, sloppily constructed and ultimately inedible.

There are huge clumps of overcooked, congealed/stale white rice. I ordered Extra portions of Brown Rice ONLY for both bowls.

Other customizations included:
Fajita Veg
Extra Brown Beans
Extra Mild Salsa
Extra Medium Corn Salsa
Cheese
Guacamole

I have two wet bowls of FREEZING cold food. Not one degree of heat in either bowl. Although I began eating within 30 minutes of receiving my order. It is utterly inexcusable; the lack of care, adherence to policy, quality & standards that exist in the order. Purchased from the only Chipotle in my neighborhood. Within 700 feet of one of the Nation’s largest Jesuit University’s. Loyola University, Chicago.

I will NEVER visit the daycare center which this location appears to be. As the individuals behind the counter appear more involved in their interpersonal conversations, than adherence to compliance and quality standards.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER…

Punctuated by the App Interface & Customer Usability Issue I experienced. While attempting to utilize the App to submit a complaint or photograph of the terrible order. The App provides a “History”, yet ‘UTTERLY FAILS’, to provide transparency & completeness of information-pertinent to One’s Order History.

Why wouldn’t customized details of One’s order be shown in ‘History’?

Why doesn’t the order details SHOW an ‘Order Number’? Since HAVING ONE IS AN IMPERATIVE IN ORDER FOR ‘Pepper’ to successfully resolve ANY issue. The receipt I photographed as well has a ‘Check’ number: 1020103

Unfortunately the Pepper conversations – As I initiated two. We’re total fails, as the algorithm cannot pull an order number when one isn’t available to the customer.

I have shown loyal patronage for decades, since your original launch. Now, that the advent of fiscal responsiveness dictates expediency over competently trained food service workers. I will likely reduce my patronage because of this experience.

I WILL reduce & think twice about utilizing the App. As I’m afraid of what may await me, as I entrust my nourishment to emerging adults of this society. Whose attention span, work ethic, moral compass lack credulity. While the entitlement & disrespect flourish.

I feel that the tomatoe salsa may have been contaminated as my belly has not suffered much from the bowl. Yet, it is turning as though cross-contamination is/were the cause!! The bowl tastes of cultured enzymes-as found in sour cream. Not much my constitution can’t digest well, and this location, has never satisfied.
