Used the app to order ahead & while waiting I browsed the reviews. Not gna lie, I was a lil concerned about the quality/service after reading several 1-star reviews. However, my food was ready right on time & the food was at the appropriate temperatures too. My side of tortilla was even steaming! The only complaint I have is in my order I asked for light sour cream & it seemed to have more than that. I managed to scrape some off tho & the food tasted great. I did not interact with any employees so I don’t feel it’s fair to comment on customer service.

I’m afraid to eat the food! This place is filthy filthy filthy!!!! It smells like bacteria filled rags which is just laying on the counter where the food is made. The doors are dirty the floors are dirty and no one cares. You can’t find a clean table, to get a utensil or a straw you have to touch the filth that surrounds it. I read the other reviews and I have no choice but to believe that corporate must not care because nothing is being done about it. Lost are the days when people took pride in their job.

1. Ordered food thru app, as indicated I was looking at the Pickup table and i dont see any of my takeout. Asked the staff member and they are holding it instead of placing my order on the rack. 2. Went home and opened the 2 takeout’s, they are the same options but the quantity of the food is not the same.

I asked for guacamole on my burrito and the worker said “we’re out” so I asked when they would have more in (because I was fine with waiting) and he said they hadn’t even started making it. Typically when the location I usually go to runs out they take some from the mobile deliveries side but this worker did not want to do that or accommodate the simple request for guacamole, I planned on getting chips and guacamole too, but I had to settle for Queso instead…. The chips were also super stale and underportioned. I paid for 2 large chips and it felt like I only got enough for 1 large with both orders. Super dissatisfied. Would give 0 stars if I could

Not very clean at the end of the day (8:30)this past Friday. Lines were extremely slow. Generally I’ve had good experiences but this day was very disappointed. Pans everywhere, serving tables not wiped down, low on just about everything, food servers stopping in the middle of making my order to sweep and the dining area was in similar condition.

Every time I have gone the place is absolutely filthy. There is food all over the counter and the glass is full of smudges. So much so, I couldn’t eat my bowl. They let the pans get so low they are scraping the bottom and trying to serve it to you. They have crazy music blaring while you are ordering. The windows and doors are covered with finger prints and are gross. Tables are not cleaned at all.

DO NOT COME HERE! This is the worst chipotle! I’ve never seen workers who care so little about anything. I waited 25 minutes for a single bowl….. and they still got the order wrong!! After waiting for 10 minutes from the time my order was supposed to be ready, I asked if I could get an update on my order, and I received an eye roll and “we’re busy”. Eventually the guy I had asked, fills up the ice machine, fills up a cup and takes a seat to the dismay of one of the other workers (she saw him sit and gave him a look and he just shrugged). The lady who eventually gave me my order was polite. But I would avoid this location. Also, it should be noted, this is by no means my first bad experience at this location. Almost everytime I have been here (ordering ahead or in line) they have been slow and mess up orders. Kingery or Weber road are better bets.

The customer service was not great and I was pretty upset. No one greeted me and said anything when choosing what to order. My food was handled very poorly and sloppy. When I explained that this was my daughter’s first time here the girl behind the counter still said nothing and instead waved her hand to the food as if she was suggesting this is what she had to choose from. Second person in line and my bowl still took almost a half hour to make and get out the door. Would have saved time if I drove to the next closest one and then home. Still paid full price though, cool. I used to run restaurant’s and I for sure would have given some discount. I won’t be back, I’ll just drive to a further one that’s better. I feel bad for the people behind me in line, I’m sure they are still waiting. Do yourself a favor and skip this location.

Average service because we didn’t like how the staff treat their customers in the evening shifts. People are trying to spend their money here but the way they treat their customers is not acceptable. When you ask them for more stuff they give you a look right to your face and you know what it is. We spent around $60 but didn’t like how their evening staff serve the food. Manager needs to train their employees about customer interactions otherwise the kids won’t learn much later.
