Came to this Chipotle after a frustrating experience at the 394 W Army Trail Rd location last week, and the difference was night and day.
The staff here were genuinely friendly, patient, and professional. Portion sizes were solid and consistent – rice, protein, and toppings were all served properly, exactly what you’d expect when you pay full price.
It really shows how much proper management and staff attitude matter.
This location restored my confidence in Chipotle. Highly recommended, especially compared to the Army Trail Ro Store.

Stopped in for lunch and overall had a good experience. The food was solid fresh, flavorful, and consistent with what I expect from Chipotle. Service was okay, not bad, but could’ve been a bit more attentive and quicker during the rush. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, making it an easy spot for a quick meal. Would definitely come back, but there’s a little room for improvement on the service side.

Save yourself the aggravation and go to the Chipotle on Army Trail instead. This location is TERRIBLE. I’ve given them multiple chances since this is closer to home but it sucks every single time. They skimp on the meat, even if you pay for double. The food is often cold and tastes days old, not fresh. They also do not follow directions when ordered online. My most recent burrito bowl was inedible due to about a pound of sour cream and cheese overtaking the bowl, it was more like sour cream soup than a burrito bowl. This location should be ashamed of itself. I will never be coming back and encourage everyone I know to eat elsewhere too. DO BETTER

Portions absolutely sucked. I can literally go to a real Mexican restaurant and get better quality and quantity. Why am I paying $10 for 3 tacos where I’m only getting meat and cheese, with maybe 2 hunks of barbacoa? Ridiculous. I definitely don’t need to be wasting my money here.

If you want the worst Chipotle experience, go here. I came in, ordered a bowl, and the guy making it acted like he was doing me a huge favor instead of just doing his job. He ignored my requests, did the opposite of what I asked, and gave me very little of everything. I didn’t say anything at the time because I’m shy, but then I noticed him smirk at his coworker like it was some kind of joke. That’s when I realized it wasn’t just a bad day, it was intentional. On top of that, the hygiene here is questionable. Within minutes of eating, I had a sore throat, which makes me think cleanliness is not a priority. I’m not asking for a fancy dining experience, just basic respect and sanitary food. Management should really address this because this was well below acceptable standards.

There is nothing wrong with the food, food tastes great but the portion sizes are crazy!!! Ordered a burrito bowl and normally I am able to share it with 3 other people and now it barily fills me up, costumer service and staff ignored my requests and got half of what the regular portion is.

The images are exactly what i received, queso that was more like jello and a burrito bowl with undercooked rice, burnt chicken, old guacamole and i don’t even know what else. They covered the top with green peppers i guess to hide the guacamole? This is not the first time it’s been bad at this one, but i think this wins as the worst. Skip this Chipotle and go to another.
