We had an amazing experience today at Cracker Barrel in Anderson Indiana! The customer service was outstanding and the food was delicious. Great serving sizes for the price. Sandy was an amazing hostess in the front area. China was a kind, considerate, professional and knowledgeable waitress. My daughter enjoyed her meal so much she told China to give her compliments to the chef. China asked my daughter if she would like to thank the chef personally and my daughter smiled so big and said Yes please. The chef came right out and gave my daughter a high five. We felt so welcomed and comfortable! It is my birthday today and they gave me a free dessert of my choice. I picked the warm biscuit beignets and they were absolutely mouth-watering! I wish I could give them more than a five star! I highly recommend this place. Oh, also the head manager came around and greeted us as well. He is a super nice guy! What are you waiting for?! Go get you some good food and have an amazing time!

Workers are great. Love the food. Love the tables for groups. Love the shop. Don’t like them pushing things as you ring out at the cash register. Don’t like they get onto workers for serving water instead of pop. As an adult if I want water they shouldn’t push sugary drinks

I took my dad here for his 81st birthday and it was amazing. The manager and waitress treated us like family. They all sang happy birthday to my dad and gave him his choice of dessert for free. The food was excellent. Peaceful and the atmosphere was great. I loved shopping in the country store. Excellent management. A+ restaurant.

My wife and I usually enjoy Cracker Barrel. It was different today. We ordered the 2 for 19.99 meal. Both got meatloaf. I ordered mashed potatoes and brown gravy with whole kernel corn, biscuits and muffins. My potatoes, meatloaf and biscuits were cold. Our desert was chocolate cake and ice cream. The cake was cold and dry it wouldn’t even melt the ice-cream. This trip to Cracker Barrel was anything but pleasant.

We stopped in at 9:30 am, no wait, seated promptly, Food order was simple yet took FOREVER to be delivered to us. Manager did come to apologize- no discounts applied to our bill though ♀️. Yes, I would visit again, Emma was a great server.. I didn’t like the long food delivery delay. They need to work on that issue expeditiously.

Haven’t been to Cracker Barrel in a very long time but we wanted to try the country fried turkey. It was very good! The loaded mashed potatoes, hash brown casserole, and roast beef were also family favorites tonight. It was extremely crowded so we waited 30 minutes for a table and another long while for the food after we ordered. To us, it was worth the wait. We bought candy and some things from the general store as well. We had a great time! I was happy because they seated us right next to the fireplace.

Good food and quick service once I got a table. They were super busy so I waited about 20 minutes. At least you can pass the time by browsing in the store. Cracker Barrel is very consistent with their food and atmosphere in all of them I have gone to throughout the country. This was no different. The food was excellent.

Not great. Food arrived cold and/or stale. Waited a very long time for a fairly simple meal. Never received any drink refills. Asked for mayo for a burger and was told it would take a whole to find because they didn’t know where it was. Staff needed more training. Very young and inexperienced. We had to ask for muffins/biscuits, and we filled up on them while waiting for our meal. Grilled chicken was so covered with melted butter that it kept dripping off the plate. We did love the gift shop area.

Always a great stop when visiting family in the area. Service and food always excellent (especially the chicken& dumplings)! Mom loves her goodies from the gift shop that keeps her going at 95 years!!!
